“I ordered 4 x 4kg boxes of toprose , which were delivered very fast , two of the boxes were damaged and after a quick email , I had two replacement boxes sent the next day. Very pleased and great value.”

“I ordered some storage boxes for myself and others. The order arrived promptly but on unpacking it I found that it was one box short. I e-mailed Barnitts and the missing box was delivered to me two days later. Mistakes are easily made and I was pleased at the short amount of time that it took to rectify the mistake.”

“Firstly, I had never come across this company before but I was seriously impressed with the range of products offered by Barnitts! I was like a kid in a sweet shop, seeing an incredible selection of products from a complete spectrum of prices and brands - I liken it to being in an online Aladdin's Cave where it's possible to find almost anything you might be looking for, and maybe one or two things that you weren't looking for! I've added Barnitts to my list of favourite sites and will be visiting it on many more occasions. For those who haven't yet explored Barnitts' website, make yourself a cuppa and have a browse ! Secondly, I was notified by email beforehand of the delivery date of my order, with easy-access options to change the date if it wasn't convenient, and my order duly arrived on the date I had chosen. All items in my order had been extremely well protected by bubblewrap (perhaps just a tad too much!) and so nothing was damaged - I really have nothing negative to say about my shopping experience with Barnitts and will indeed recommend it to all my friends!”

“I e mailed an order to you for 1 five bulb centre light and 1 wall light, the following day I amended my order to 1 five bulb centre light and 2 wall lights. A couple of days later 1 parcel arrived, the following day another parcel arrived at which point I called your advice centre to confirm what order had been sent as I am in the middle of decorating and didn't want to open either box until I am ready to hang the lights. I was reassured by one of your staff that only the amended order of 1 five bulb centre light and 2 wall lights had been sent and that is what I would be charged for. On receiving a statement from my bank on Saturday I was surprised to find that I had been charged for both orders at which point I opened both parcels to find that both orders had been delivered to me. I naturally called your advice centre again to have one of the parcels collected and returned to you. I am hoping that my account will not be overdrawn and that I will not have bank charges to pay. I feel that under the circumstances that your firm should pay any bank charges that may come my way as I feel I am not to blame about the two orders that were sent to me. I feel at the present time that I would not recommend your e mail service to anyone else and that they should only buy anything directly from your store.”
