“The order was fulfilled efficiently. but delivery was problematic, since DPD would only e-mail approx. time of delivery around 11am, when I and my wife were not at home, and had no immediate access to the internet. DPD in the past, sent an e-mail with delivery info 7.30- 7.45am - for us, much more convenient time. The ONLY downside.”

“Very pleased with my new Dualit kettle.. Slightly expensive for what is a kettle with basic functionality (it boils water and that's it - no option to keep water at a certain temperature) BUT it looks so stylish and is probably one of the best looking kettles you can buy. Solidly made too. Barnitts was easily the cheapest on the internet and the delivery was super quick - very happy!”
