Amazingly quick delivery on an excellent product, a Stellar jug saucepan, at a very reasonable price. I shall certainly be looking at Barnitts first for kitchen paraphanalia.

The goods arrived having come apart in the box. The screws used for the fittings were too short and had to be replaced which was less of an annoyance than having to pack everything up and return the item.

Found Barnitts after the biggest global online retailer were unable to deliver an undamaged ironing board after 3 attempts. Barnitts managed it first time with super quick delivery and price matching the lowest price I could find anywhere. I am extremely impressed and would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Very good service. Emails kept me informed of delivery etc and I will order again in future. The pudding basins will be used at Colne Valley Museum for our Stir up Sunday event. Thank you.

Barnitts website made no mention whatsoever of even the possibility of needing felt padding under the new ironing board cover and when one tries to search for it "felt padding for ironing boards" produces a "no products found" response. The old Brabantia ironing board covers came with a thin layer of foam inside but not these newest ones - just thin cotton cloth. When I queried this situation I received the most unhelpful response from "Barnitts" (no name was forthcoming on either of the two emails) and frankly if this is the "normal" customer response then we will not be bothering Barnitts in future. If Paul Thompson would like us to forward the emails in question then we are happy to do so - maybe he can take some action to ensure that such responses to customer queries are more in keeping with how he (and any self-respecting MD) would want Barnitts to be portrayed let alone the umteenth generation of the "barnitts Family"

Dear Mr Jones We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your replacement Ironing Board Cover. These products do not come with felt padding included as this is not always needed when replacing the fabric cover. If you need felt padding you would need to order it separately. We are dedicated to providing quality customer service and this is something we will be looking into.
