“I love the shop in York and am delighted that there is a website since I don't live in York. The service on-line is as good as in the shop, i.e. efficient and user-friendly. I bought an item on-line for my daughter who does live in York, knowing that if there is a problem she can visit the shop. Barnitts has a range of household items that is now very hard to find, especially all in one place. Long may they thrive!”

“Ordered Sunday afternoon, arrived Tuesday 1.20pm. Fantastic service and great to be given a one hour time slot so that I didn't have to wait in all day as there would be no-one to accept my parcel on my behalf. Will definitely recommend this site to others. My parcel was well wrapped for protection and great quality. Thank you.”
