“I made a purchase but the item did not match the picture shown, i emailed them and was replied to extremely fast , my issue was solved very fast in a very professional manner and although they did not have the item in stock anymore i will have no problem in returning to buy with them again as the customer service is outstanding which is a rarity in this day and age ,their customer service is a big credit to the company . Mistakes happen its how companies deal with it can be the frustrating often infuriating part but i have to say Barnitts dealt with my issue superbly and extremely fast”
