“Exactly what I had been looking for, subsequently found out that it's available at Lakeland but more expensive. Slight hitch with delivery, first one lost by courier but dealt with promptly & efficiently & second one arrived today, as I was advised it should & within 2wks of placing order.”

“Love visiting the store every time we go to York for the day, saw fabulous offer on Commichef pans but we were on the park and ride, staff member told us that we could get free delivery over £50 on the website, so ordered them online and delivered very quickly, great service and delighted with pans”

“Placed an online order for two items. Was having second thoughts about one of the two when Barnitts contacted by phone to say that both were temporarily out of stock. Chose to cancel one item and to wait for the second to come back into stock at the end of the month. A refund was quickly processed and the second item was delivered well ahead of the original date given. Good quality item, very well packed for delivery, and excellent customer service.”

“Competitive price. Prompt delivery just 24 hours after placing order. Used an excellent courier (DPD) who give and stick to a tight time slot. Their delivery can also be monitored online , so no need to wait in all day. The whole experience was excellent. I could not have wished for anything more.”
