“This was my first order from Barnitts, I loved the price as they were the cheapest supplier of the pan set I wanted, my goods came well packed, and delivery was really quick. Would recommend them to my best friend.”

“I found the kettle I wanted at Barnitts, it was the best price online with free delivery which turned out to be very prompt. I had confidence in ordering from them when I saw the photo of their shop online and I liked the fact that they are a family business. Very happy.”

We apologise that there was a stock error with your order. We partake in regular stock checks to help prevent errors in stock. Unfortunately it appears on this occasion our stock was incorrect. As soon as we realised this we refunded your order and informed you of our error.

“Excellent service...when I placed an order and was then informed the item was not in stock I contacted Barnitts to make sure they would be getting more as I had been let down by two other companies...my email was replied to very quickly and i was assured that it would be back in stock by the end of the following week .The item I had ordered was delivered well before that date. I felt that Barnitts really cared about their individual customer which is something you rarely get these days ...thanks guys ..”

“Cutlery basket won't stay upright, so to me that is a fault, but I was told that unless the item is faulty, I will not be refunded the pay the postage, plus I am not able to exchange it for another more sturdy item, I would have to re-order, which will mean paying more postage. Absolute madness, so needless to say I shall NOT be shopping with BARNITT's again. I was a first time customer and now am a one and only customer.”

Dear Patricia, We are always happy to refund postage on faulty items, we always request that the item is sent to us to be inspected and once we have confirmed the item is faulty the postage will be refunded. On this occasion we did not receive the item back for inspection. We were unable to pick this item up for an exchange, but offered to return the item cost once returned.
