“We stayed in the Spinnaker for 4 nights, was a really nice break. We often stay at the sail lodges and awalys have a fantastic time.
Only a few minor gripes - top floor has really poor water pressure, the cctv on the Spinnaker above the balcony will stream you on their webcam if sat on the balcony so some privacy concerns.”

“Rented Rhapsody 1, excellent boat, with plenty of room for three adults and a Bernese mountain dog. The electric drive takes a bit of getting used to, but quickly mastered it.
Had a wonderful holiday coasting around the broads. Typically on our last night the diesel generator refused to start, a quick call to Barnes and an engineer was dispatched to assist, excellent service!”

Hi John - Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you felt misled. We do double-check our pricing, but the cost of a holiday can vary quite a lot depending on the length of stay, the boat chosen, and the time of year. That’s why some holidays can be closer to £850 and others nearer £2,000.

“This is my forth booking, the website has improved a lot since my first booking but it still is a bit ‘clunky’ thru the booking process - with overwritten words and non responsive buttons.
It would also be nice to have a better discount for regular bookers!”

“The only problem we experienced was mooring ,trying to get near a place to eat proved almost impossible.it seemed that most of the places seemed to be private moorings . I did speak to a member of staff and he said that it is proving a problem. But that is not your fault,other than that all was fine .staff helpful ,boat realiable all seemed efficient on arrival and leaving .thank you”
