“Another brilliant holiday on the Broads. The only disappointment was the “guest” bed in the main cabin of the Royal Commander as it was not a bed as such, just the bench seating which could perhaps be suitable for a toddler but definitely not adequate for an adult : I did check on booking and was told it was just slightly smaller than a single bed and suitable for an adult but sadly not! However, we had a great time and was delighted with the hamper on arrival. Really good quality meats, ham and cheese amongst other things. Busy looking at other Brinkcraft boats to select our next holiday. Great company to book with, very friendly and attentive, would give 6 stars if I could!! Can’t wait for a return visit!”
“We had hired Brinkes Sunshine boat, the boat was so good - very easy to drive, spacious for 5 people and clean.
We loved the option of two shelter covers as we had a baby with us, they really helped … we also enjoyed the Sun by keeping the roof open. Had a lovely time!”
“We stayed at main sail right opposite the reception. We had an amazing holiday and have already booked to go again next year just after our wedding. The house was beautiful, staff welcoming and the area beautiful. It was lovely to sit and watch the boats and swans go by while you eat breakfast or have your morning coffee. Definitely a place for all ages”
“My wife and I took our daughter and our two grandchildren for two hours on a Brinklet. Everyone was very helpful and the boat was easy to steer. The river and broads near Wroxham offer a nice variety and we had a very pleasant couple of hours.”

“We couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and very obliging. They even tried to arrange a 12-seater boat for us, and when they didn’t have one available, they contacted another company to see if they could help. In the end, we hired two boats, which worked out perfectly.
They also recommended a lovely place for breakfast, which was a great start to our day.
The boats were excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the whole experience was fantastic. Our foster children had an amazing time on the water and made some wonderful memories.

Picnic boat was ideal for four of us. Water on board with a kettle for the gas stove. Small toilet onboard if you have a few at one of the riverside pubs.

“We had a brilliant day out on the Broads. There is free parking at Barnes Brinkcraft. The Brinklet is basic but perfectly comftable for a trip on the river with a picnic. There was 5 of us. Easy to operate, and simple to get the hang of. Mooring up takes a bit of practise. Take your time and be gentle.
We were given just the right level of instruction by friendly staff at handover.
Be prepared to change your plans as mooring spots are not always available where you had planned to stop. Doing some research with a map before setting out is useful to get the best out of your day.
