“The staff meeting us was okay as was the instructions for driving the boat, but the map was rubbish and it was not made clear to us that we could not go under the bridge.Also the boat could have been cleaner with a toilet which should have been working, a rubbish bin on board would have been a useful addition., but saying all that it hasn’t put us off having a boating holiday (this was our first time exploring the Norfolk Broads”
“Staff very friendly and efficient. We had a family problem so needed to get our car & the keys from them which was in the evening so office closed but kindly came out to accommodate us so we could access to our car. Welcome pack was a nice touch , could have done with a sachet of washing up liquid as forgot to buy some 🤣 Boat was well equipped with all you needed. Only thing was the beds were bit too but apart from that everything was great and would recommend”

“Booking online was easy. Price was fair for 4 hours when you think what’s left after fuel, insurance, wear and VAT come off.
Parking is a pain. So come early. But if that’s news to you on the Broads in August then sorry, but it’s like that everywhere. The welcome was bright and friendly. The kids were made to laugh and we were given all the time we needed.
Messing about in boats is a laugh. It’s always been a laugh. Book up now and have a go.

“Great week had on Brinks Rhapsody. The boat was in good condition for its age and very comfortable. As always the boatyard staff were very helpful and careful with our car. The NHS discount is also a big plus for us.

“A very friendly greeting on arrival and smooth introduction to the boat. Very pleasant trip past interesting properties and lots of herons, swans and ducks, although the diesel boat was a bit noisy - we would have opted for electric if available.”
