“We received clear instructions to our holiday property and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged for maintenance to fix a toilet seat. In fact it was completely replaced within a couple of hours of reporting the issue. Very impressive.”

He was very good and gave us a life jacket etc. The boat was very good and very much enjoyed our trip up the broads and seeing lots of wildlife and ducks. The young man was excellent and very kind to us and depresses a raise.”
