This is one of the older boats in our No Frills range, which is intended to offer a more traditional and affordable boating experience rather than a luxury one. However, it should still provide a comfortable and enjoyable holiday, and we’re disappointed that this was not your experience.

“Was very handy for Wroxham. Lovely to have en-suites to every room. Property was clean and there were plenty of utensils, cooking equipment etc. Our daughter and her children were next door so it worked well for a family holiday with 11 people. It was very hot so fans would have been useful, but we realise this amount of heat hasn’t been normal! The welcome pack was excellent. Whilst there were bath towels for each person, it would have been handy to have more hand towels for hair etc. Great to have two parking spaces per house.”
It sounds like the two properties worked really well for your family holiday, especially with 11 of you to accommodate. We’re pleased you found everything clean and well equipped, and that the welcome pack went down well too.

“We couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and very obliging. They even tried to arrange a 12-seater boat for us, and when they didn’t have one available, they contacted another company to see if they could help. In the end, we hired two boats, which worked out perfectly.
They also recommended a lovely place for breakfast, which was a great start to our day.
The boats were excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the whole experience was fantastic. Our foster children had an amazing time on the water and made some wonderful memories.

“Met by staff on arrival safety brief and boat brief delivered a little local knowledge given and off we went
Picnic boat was ideal for four of us. Water on board with a kettle for the gas stove. Small toilet onboard if you have a few at one of the riverside pubs.

“Very easy to book although the website stated our boat was £138 for a full day but we were charged £150 . And also noticed on your boards outside the office is said Brinklet £138 for full day
But other than that is was an easy process , and we had a brilliant day -”

“We had a brilliant day out on the Broads. There is free parking at Barnes Brinkcraft. The Brinklet is basic but perfectly comftable for a trip on the river with a picnic. There was 5 of us. Easy to operate, and simple to get the hang of. Mooring up takes a bit of practise. Take your time and be gentle.
We were given just the right level of instruction by friendly staff at handover.
Be prepared to change your plans as mooring spots are not always available where you had planned to stop. Doing some research with a map before setting out is useful to get the best out of your day.
Would reccomend, and would book again.”
