“To date best experience with a furniture shop whether on line or in shop. Immediately I realised I?d ordered one item of furniture wrong I rang and customer service was so helpful and corrected my mistake. Few days later they rang to ask that, seeing as one item was going to be available for delivery earlier than the other would I like both delivered together or would I like them delivered separately. Seeing as they do not charge for delivery I thought that was fantastic. I will definitely be looking on Barker and Stonehouse website first when looking for furniture etc.”

“The bunk bed arrived exactly at the time promised (unheard of in London). It's excellent quality, was easy to assemble, and the packing demonstrated how much care and pride was put into making it. Highly recommended.”

“We ordered bunk beds from the store and were very pleasantly surprised when it became available for delivery well ahead of the expected date. Delivery was smooth and straightforward, and the bunk beds have been a huge hit with our children. They are solid, strong and have tons of storage incorporated so we love them too. Great experience and I'm sure we will shop with Barker & Stonehouse again.”

“MOST Impressed - the bed came without a bit THEY rang ME to say was missing literally just after they had put the bed up (I was out) and then - they delivered the offending part within something like 24 hrs I think - cracking service that in my book!!! There are others that need to take a leaf out of theirs that's for sure!!! You never know - that might be enough to get me a voucher that I can use to spend even more brass with them :) but I mean every word.”

“I bought four large items. The customer service team were excellent in helping amend an order, and the delivery team were extremely professional too. They assembled the dining table, levelled the feet, and removed all the packaging. Couldn?t have been more helpful!”

“Very impressed with the customer service for internet sales as when my mattress wasn't delivered with the bed I ordered Anna pulled out every stop and got couriers to bring it the next day. She did exactly what she promised. No fobbing off just went the extra mile. The quality of the bed bought are second to non which is what I like about barker and stonehouse furniture.”
