“Excellent customer service and support throughout. Order arrived early following call from delivery team to confirm whether new delivery time was acceptable. Quality of furniture of highest standard. Very pleased with order. Aftercare customer service also of the highest standard. Would highly recommend Barker and Stonehouse.”

“I bought a 2m Navarro Star dining table which happened to be on offer recently. The table itself is great, very solid, and a lovely smooth finish on the wood. The legs also have good floor adjustable fittings to make it easy to adjust for stability on an uneven surface. Delivery was well organised and the two polite and professional delivery guys brought the table in and set it up where I wanted it. I am genuinely delighted.”

“Saw some furniture in store but weren?t sure. Ordered online the next day. Pretty good communication via text which advised delivery week. Then got a text within a week giving a day, then a text on the day with a two hour window. Delivery was about 40 minutes beyond time. Drivers delivered and assembled the furniture efficiently. All in all a good service. Total time from order to delivery was less than three weeks.”

“Visited the Hove store for a look around, staff were welcoming and friendly. Following our visit we ordered a set of drawers online, easy to use process and opted for collect at store. Drawers were available in a few days and even though we arrived at the store for pick-up right before closing (sorry!) we were helped, not rushed, with our collection. The drawers themselves are perfect, very solid and just what we wanted.”

“Completely love my new dining room table! It's so much better than the images online. Service was great, email confirmation then call to let us know when it was coming and text to let us know when to expect them. Thedelivery guys were brilliant, table top had to come off or get it into the kitchen, they put it back on and left everything was left as it should be. Very happy!”

“Another great purchase from Barker and Stonehouse. Ordered our chaise settee expectingn 11 week wait but was delivered before 6 weeks. Lovely stylish and great value for money. Really rate this company if you are looking for something a bit different from your usual high street stores. Great customer service, the sales people in store do not follow you around looking for a sale but are on hand and very heloful if needed.”

“Barker and Stonehouse alway have something available which is just a little different and alway always stands out as been classy well.made and good value for money The service is also consistently exceptional even during the covid pandemic I have purchase via click and collect and been very satisfied with availability and service levels...slightly more expensive than the run of the mill furniture but good quality and prestigious”

“I was very impressed with the attention and help l received when purchasing a two seater sofa. The assistant was familiar with the stock and able to offer choices based on my requirements. I purchased a sales item which he reduced even further. Delivery was quick because the sofa was a floor item. The only concern I had was that the sofa looked rather crumpled and squashed on receipt. I don?t remember it looking that way in store.”
