“I visited the store first and felt there was no attention or staff. But then ordered on line and was amazed how efficient it was. Ordered , confirmed and updates on delivery given regularly. Chaps who delivered and assembled my purchase were brilliant”

“The quality and diversity of the B&S range is fantastic - altho so many great possibilities does make it hard to choose! The online system is very nearly as user friendly as the staff in the stores. Delivery arrangements were straightforward, communications good - including a call 10 mins before they arrived. If I had to find a fault it would be that delivery takes around 2 weeks - but it's well with the wait.”

“Very pleased with my recent online purchase. Product is lovely (& good value in the winter sale). I chose to collect from the local warehouse which was well organised and COVID secure. I just called the office on arrival and my product was brought out to the loading bay for me. I didn?t even have to go in the building. As always with Barker and Stonehouse, availability / order time was exactly as promised - not my experience with other furniture retailers.”
