“I was due to take delivery of my purchase,(i.e. Chest of draws) on a Saturday morning - early! However the delivery drivers had the sense to ask if I was around on the Friday afternoon as they would be in the area which was a bonus. They were courteous and even relocated the existing draws into another bedroom, thus saving me huffing & puffing later!! All-in-all, great, thanks!”

“Ordered a bedside table - with it arrived ready assembled and we are really pleased with the quality. The only negative was that the delivery time was not clear at the order stage , just a vague statement saying it would be delivered , basically when there was a lorry load in our area. As it happened the drawers arrived within 2 weeks .”

“I cannot fault Barker and Stonehouse for their customer service. When I had a query it was answered immediately. My dining room chairs were delivered exactly when the said they would be. They are much admired by visitors and were an excellent price.”

“Stools arrived sooner than stated. Great quality and easy to assemble. They look really nice and I'm really pleased with them. I spent weeks looking for bar stools and chose these. I'm glad I did”

“Although one of the items arrived slightly damaged in transit, the delivery team immediately notified me of this, photographed the damaged item and customer service telephoned me with a couple of hours to arrange to rectify the problem. The way a company solves problems is often the best measure of their service and in this instance Barker & Stonehouse were exemplary! Thank you”

“They kept me well informed on my delivery especially as there was a delay due to circumstances. Which I sincerely appreciated and the delivery service they chose gave a delivery of an hour time slot, which is such a help. My gold multi tea light is even better in real life. Would definitely use again.”
