“Good value for a lovely gold velvet chair - as described. Very simple assembly and clear instructions. Contacted via email to check on progress of order - very early in the morning - had a very helpful reply from Ava by 0800 to answer my query. This is my second order with this company; the first arrived slightly damaged, but once again, the customer service via email and - in that case - phone, at their very helpful suggestion was prompt, efficient and intelligent. Well done, I would use Barker & Stonehouse again based on both these experiences.”

“Ordered some dining chairs online from here, easy as a, b, c.. Got a phone call saying when they would be delivered. Delivery men very helpful and respectful of our home. Can't recommend barker and stonehouse enough. Fantastic, helpful service from beginning to end. Xx”

“2 x Bar chairs grey Velvet with button detail This company was recommended to me for the quality and value for money of the products. We ordered two bar chairs, they are stunning! Beautifully made and delivered quickly and fully assembled (not flat pack!!) Great easy to use webpage and the products are quality and comfortable, will be ordering our dining room chairs from Barker and Stonehouse for sure”

“I have now ordered several pieces from Barker & Stonehouse and have not been let down once! I have used each method of delivery, Pick-up, mail and manned delivery and installation, on every occasion the service has been prompt and the pieces are absolutely beautiful and really make a difference to our home. Everyone who visits comments on the items and asks where we got them from. Being from Wales very few people have heard about Barker & Stonehouse but I am certainly spreading the word!”

“Ordered my bed and delivery was arranged but due to the Virus it was delayed, but B&S kept me informed throughout and once it was safe to do so a new delivery date was arranged with my approval - Item was tracked, I got a curtesy call in the morning and it arrived on time, well packaged and safe - It was easy to assemble and I am very pleased, we now love our feature bed - it was more expensive than some of the other High street bed suppliers but the quality of the bed stands out a mile and that along with the service was worth the higher cost.”
