“Loverly desk now set up in front room it?s a bit cramped as it was for our new house which as been put on hold do to carona but it?s good to work from home in comfort now to the serious stuff the two guys that dropped it of were fantastic well done guys there a credit to your company”

“So professional excellent customer service and a great quality product. We ordered a dining room table online after seeing it in store and were promptly contacted to arrange delivery which was within two weeks! We were giving a two hour time slot the day before which was excellent as it saved one of us staying in all day and when it arrived the delivery men could be more helpful, excellent service from start to finish I would definitely order from here again”

“I went in to the Newcastle store to have a look at wardrobes and the guy there was really helpful, especially when I realised I'd left my tape measure behind. I then looked around elsewhere, but really the ideal one was at Barker and Stonehouse and I ended up getting it online. The only reservation I have is that it would be useful to know earlier than the day before whether you're getting a morning or afternoon delivery so you can take a half day off instead of all day waiting in. When the delivery did come though, the driver and his mate were friendly and helpful and took the boxes up the fairly awkward stairs to the room. Great service!”

“Amazing customer service. Had some issues with DPD delivery service but Barker and Stonehouse were amazing and and sorted with no quibbles. Would highly recommend! Also the clock I brought is beautiful!”

“The furniture we have bought recently has been of a high quality and the delivery has been on time - very happy and would recommend them to friends and family. The "egg" chair is lovely and the quality of the Lidgate wooden furniture is gorgeous. Also very happy with the leather armchair.”

“I ordered an Harris Tweed Ladies Chair which has a 8 week delivery period. The time scale was completed without any worries. The customer service keeping me informed on delivery was excellent. The van delivery staff were great and all in all it was a perfect experience and I recommend the whole process from ordering to delivery as perfect”
