“The process of delivery was simple and straight forward. The delivery guys were very friendly and put together our dining table in no time and showed us how to extend the table. They also gave us tips about unassembling the table if we need to in future. I would highly recommend Barker and Stonehouse as their customer service is 10/10.”

“Great products, very good quality and luxurious. Love the styles available, great range from industrial to chic to baroque. Went into their Battersea store before buying - exceptional service and very much worth seeing the products in the flesh before committing to purchase. Have bought 3 sofas, a bed and three bar stools from them (so far!).”

“I was initially a little reluctant to buy from B&S after reading the reviews on trustpilot but I was pleasantly surprised about how easy it was. We visited the Nottingham store and found some furniture we liked, however didn't want to order until we'd measured up at home. There was no pushy sales guys, we were left to browse around mostly undisturbed which we prefer. At home, I ordered a sofa and table set to be collected from store (?50 delivery charge we felt was too expensive). It was delivered to store within about a week, and was relatively easy to put together (much easier than Ikea!) and so far we've had no problems with it. The quality is excellent, we're really pleased.”

“We ordered a dining table less than a month before Christmas and within 30 mins I received a call to say there had been a sale on the week before so they were going to refund ?110. 2 weeks later on the delivery day I got a call to say the van had broken down and then a short while later a call from the delivery team themselves, they were both incredibly polite, cheery and apologetic. When the table arrived they remembered we had a sleeping baby (even our friends/family forget that!) so knocked softly and spoke quietly, took their shoes off. Never had such nice delivery men! Needless to say the table was as advertised and we are very pleased with it. Bring on Christmas Dinner!”

“Great shopping experience at Guildford with a lovely cafe and helpful staff. Bought some Rivington blue velvet stools which are fantastic quality. Prices are reasonable for good quality products.”

“We bought a dining table and subsequently some dining chairs. Both purchases were very smooth. We were never pressured into buying just given information and help when requested. We were kept informed of delivery and collection and even had a call advising us of a utube video on how to put our table together (much appreciated). Very impressed with all aspects of the service and very happy with our purchases and price”
