“I have ordered a bedroom set consisting of bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. Unfortunately the bed isn?t due in until March so all will be delivered together which is totally understandable and not a problem at all, so I was really surprised when a delivery arrived the other day of a bouquet of flowers and chocolates with a message saying sorry for the delay. I hadn?t even contacted anyone to say anything. So I would like to say that a small gesture and excellent customer service goes a long way and I will definitely be purchasing from Barker & Stonehouse again and recommend to friends & family!”

“Brought Rattan Egg chair and delivered in 2 weeks. Amazing product and quality is commendable. This was well packed and took me nearly an hour to remove. Highly recommended company and never let's you down on quality. You get what you pay for and very different from what you get in market.”

“Quality furniture delivered in one piece, with no fuss, and most importantly with no packaging. I had to wait for delivery because of supply chain issues, but it was worth it and there was good communication while I waited.”

“I recently bought a TV unit and a nest of tables from Barker and Stonehouse. Minutes after placing my order online my local branch called me to say that because I had only just missed the sale period, they would discount my purchase. I had no idea that they had just finished a sale! The credit was paid into my bank account a few days later. Incredible service!. It is possible that B&S looked me up on their system and saw that I have been a good customer with them over the past 15-20 years, and they have rewarded a loyal customer. This sort of service will make me buy from them again. The furniture itself is excellent quality, and well made.”

“The item I purchased stated that it was in stock however it was not , following placement of my order I received a phone call advising me of this , apologising for my inconvienence , asking whether I would like to cancel or wait , the lady who phoned me was lovely explained item was due back in fairly shortly so I opted to wait, regular updates provided until item dispatched , really pleased with my order of three pastel suitcases excellent value for money and great quality will order from this company again ??”

“I brought the Bridgford chair during lockdown #2. I called Barker and Stonehouse, they were super helpful over the phone. The chair arrived as planned. The delivery person took the majority of the packing off in the van, which was great. I did tip him, he had carried up two flights of stairs. Looking forward to my sofa being delivered in February from Barker Stonehouse. Thank you”

“Absolutely love our dining table set. Visited the store and picked what we liked then ordered online. Delivery 2 weeks later which is amazing. Product is great and have received so many nice comments on the quality of the furniture. Staff are great and called to keep us updated on delivery. 100% would reccomend!”
