“My new dining suite arrived on the correct date and correct time, two of the leather chairs showed small marks, I took pictures and made the delivery team aware and contacted customer services, the chairs were replaced very quickly with no quibbling”

“Ordered a rug on-line. Product was great but colour wasn't quite right. Organised a return via the store a Birstall (Leeds). Great experience in-store with a no-hassle, free of charge return and refund (less original delivery charge which was fair enough). Service was great and staff excellent.”

“Not only is the bench we bought the most stable, stylish and fun piece of furniture aorund the dining table, but the delivery was soo smooth - they took out all the packaging outside and brought just the bench into the house! A dreeeam for us who had moved homes and were overrun with packing boxes and empty boxes waiting for disposal”

“Excellent quality and realky easy to build. Finish looks good and expensive. Delivery took longer than expected for items in stock but assume the pandemic will be holding things up. Great service - already looking at a dining table with them to use up our vouchers we may win ??”

“We recently had a delivery from Barker and Stonehouse and both Andy and Alan were extremely professional. They both took their time to ensure the dining table and the Ullswater sofas were put together and positioned these in the relevant rooms. Thanks GS (Huddersfield) .”
