“I bought an mini oak sideboard online using the click and collect option . The website is a bit weird in that if you search for mini sideboard you also get chairs , lampshades and lots of things that aren't mini sideboards ! Otherwise it was very easy to choose and order . I was kept updated on the progress of the order by e mail and once it was in store the staff were very helpful in helping me get it to my car . The sideboard now looks lovely in its new home and the quality is everything you would expect from Barker and Stonehouse”

“The advertainment says is your home a Barker and Stonehouse Home, well our is my whole family love the furnishings from B&S all the Bedrooms rooms, Dinning Room, Lounge and even my Man Cave and Home Office has furnishings and light fittings from B&S. Great quality products. The staff at the Knaresborough shop are very courteous and helpful and delivery team that deliver and sometimes build the furnishings (Beds) are brilliant.”

“Delivery of chairs was just at the end of covid. We were kept informed of delivery date all the way through. The chairs arrived on time and the guys who delivered them made them up which was great. The chairs themselves were fantastic I love them and they look great at our table.”

“Excellent products and customer service. Slight damage to one product instantly offered to refund 50% of cost or replace. Best customer service about I would say. In an age of computers answering the phone and no individual store numbers you can get through to a person at the shop you ordered your stuff at. Goes without saying the furniture is of the highest quality too. Excellent company.”

“I recently purchased a very handsome stag statue. I ordered this on a Monday, received it on the Tuesday however this is when you should ALWAYS check the measurements when purchasing off the internet! The Stag was bigger than my dog, she thought that she was being replaced! I reluctantly had to contact your customer service department to see what could be done about returning this, almost life sized, ornament. The lady that helped me was superb and organised collection for me as I would have struggled lifting the box far less getting it to a post office! I did have to laugh at myself even managing to get the stag back into the box, all of the white plastic popcorn packaging had to be poured onto the floor and it looked like Christmas had come early, a large bowl had to be used to pour this all back into the box. The stag was collect 2 days later and I have to say that your service from ordering to delivery to collection was absolutely SUPERB... I will definitely be shopping with you again. In our correspondence I did attach a picture of my little West Highland Terrier getting to know the afore mentioned Stag! Thank you very much for making the whole experience exceptional.”
