“We have received great customer service from our first visit to the store, through ordering a number of items, making final payments over the phone and receiving our orders on the days and timeslots allocated. We haven't had any issues at any stage. We have also ordered additional items online and I'm hoping this will run smoothly too. Refreshing to not have any problems, which seems standard from most other retailers.”

“Ordered Kimberley panelled double bedframe and a 3 drawer bedside table. Both nicely finished, bed was trivial to assemble and very solid (so far) very pleased. Delivery men very helpful, quick and polite and rang with eta, which as it turned out was right at the start of the slot I had been advised (a first ever - Well done). Altogether a pleasant experience and will certainly consider using again.”

“We purchased a media unit from the website. We were unable to view it in store but decided to go ahead after viewing all the other beautiful furniture in the B and S Leeds store on Gelderd Road. It arrived as promised and fits perfectly in the alcove. We are very pleased we decided to buy from you.”

“Excellent service and the store kept me informed all the way to delivery. The delivery drivers were great, they brought our sofa up an incline to our rear lounge without any fuss and bother. So impressed with the service we have purchased a second larger sofa to match and look forward to it arriving shortly.”

“Very good service, kept informed on delivery when item not in stock. Delivery as booked. Delivery staff great, especially in these current conditions! Bought via website - have had issues with that in the past but issues now all resolved and easy to use. Quality of furniture also very good. Not always the cheapest but you ultimately pay for quality...”
