“Undeniably great value with the huge range of products. We came across BargainMax via a paid search ad. We’d never heard of them before, checked reviews, checked Facebook etc and felt confident to buy. We were not disappointed!! Fantastic value, and quick to ship. The bike was in perfect condition, boxed, everything you’d expect from a quality retailer. Would highly recommend and would happily shop again.”

“On Monday 1st September I ordered the VIRO Cafe Racer electric bike for my sons birthday that was on the Saturday and the delivery window was 2 to 4 days, I kept an eye on the delivery tracker and by the Friday there had been no update from the carrier Evri to even confirm they had received my parcel so I rang Bargain Max only to be told the parcel had been lost in transit. I was offered a refund or a replacement so be cause the price was very good i went for a replacement and this time i received an update from Evri confirming they had the parcel however up to today ( 15th September ) i still haven't received the item so again i rang customer service at Bargainmax to be told the parcel had been lost a 2nd time. This time i asked for a refund to be told that due to the fact they had swapped over to a new system that my refund will take up to 7 days, This is extremely poor service and the final insult is the delay on the refund.”

We completely understand how upsetting this must have been, especially with it being a birthday gift for your son and the multiple delivery failures that followed. This falls short of the level of service we aim to provide. “Excellent experience shopping with BargainMax. The toy I ordered arrived safely and speedily - I ordered next day delivery on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. Different company, but I also want to recognise the Evri delivery driver who carefully hid the parcel as I wasn’t at home.”
