“If I am honest I had never heard of Bargain Max before, But I have to say The prices are amazing. I have been trying to get some Ghostbusters toys and the prices are the lowest I have seen and to add to that there was a 30% off promotion so I bought everything. Paid for next day shipping and everything arrived in great condition the next day!! So far I am made up and will definitelyStua use again!”

“It is impossible to contact this company. Delivery of a grandson's birthday gift was foreseen for 1-2/6 . It's now the 3rd and there is still no sign of it. Definitely won't be using again.”

“Ordered a birthday gift with standard delivery expecting it with 2-4 working days, however this did not arrive. I contacted customer service only to be informed it ‘appears to be lost’. First time buying and very disappointed. Wish I have read reviews prior as can see delivery appears to be a common issue.”

“Never to buy here again. Ordered an item as a gift with 3 weeks until the party. Delivery was 2 to 4 days but never arrived. Ordered on 09/05/22 says it was shipped on 12/05/22. Nothing by 18/05/22 so I contacted customer support. New order sent 19/05/22 so still time enough for it to arrive. Contacted customer support on 24/05/22 to say it still hasn’t arrived and today is 26/05/22 the day of the party. No response from customer support and no gift. Thanks BARGAIN MAX you went above and beyond for me I know where not to shop in future.”
