“Item didn’t turn up unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Bargain Max. Unfortunately where I live I have had a few awful Everi experiences. It didn’t say who the courier was when ordering so when I had the email that Everi had the parcel I switched the delivery to a local drop off point shop. Every still managed to mess that up. So called Bargain Max who refunded me straight away. I was really impressed that I called and got to speak to an actual person and how easy it was. The parcel was sent back, however when I ordered the same thing I realised Bargain Max was on Amazon! Although slightly higher priced understandably. I was happy to buy through them and Amazon delivered it. The lad I spoke to on the phone was lovely and really helpful. I wasn’t in the best of moods with an upset 4 year old who had been asking every day where his Hulk toy was. It was a reward for doing so well with multiple things and at his age he didn’t understand. So thank you for being on Amazon on this occasion and thank you to the lady I spoke to on the phone. Really impressed it wasn’t a robot, an actual person goes a long way! Thank you!”

“Sent out order quickly, but one of the items was wrong. They really tried to get me to sign to say I had not received the goods so they could claim back from evri I assume. Took a while for them to admit they had actually sent the wrong items, assured me the warehouse checked orders etc. They wanted proof of item received dispite them sending me the photos evri provided of blatantly the wrong box! When they did they did however realise it was their mistake they did send the correct item, so much for next day delivery though”
