“We bought this item as the dimensions said it was 40cm tall. It couldn't have been taller than 30cm. Not good for my 1 year old to stand up at.”

“Great price but kids game I ordered arrived bashed and beaten up as it was wrapped in flimsy thin bubble wrap and plastic bag so it had had a lot of knocks between being sent and received - a great disappointment as it was to be a present. Wouldn't order from here again. Would rather pay a couple of pounds more and get a great condition product.”

“Received my order today the box is a mess and celotaped all round it am guessing this Was a toy somebody didn't want and was sent back celotaped then sent out to us. Not sure if it works yet. so I'm hoping it works. as it's a gift the box is a let down I wouldn't be ordering here for any gifts if that is how he boxes look but it would be fine for my own kids”

“Although the prices on the products were very reasonable, the packaging for delivery has let this company down. We were originally drawn by the competetitive pricing of the toys and did indeed get a good deal on the items we bought, but when they arrived they were all forced into the same thin bag. Two of the items were crushed and so it looks as though Father Christmas may have sat on them in his sleigh. (At least that's going to be my story and I'm sticking to it...). May have been better to separate the packages BargainMax. Otherwise, a good deal on toys.”

“THE PRODUCT CAME IN TWO DAYS SO DELIVERY WAS GREAT!!! HOWEVER WHAT'S THE POINT OF DELIVERY BEING FAST IF THE PRODUCT ITSELF WAS DAMAGED!! BOUGHT MY SON A SUPERMAN TOY THERE WERE BLACK MARKS ON THE HAND AND FACE OF SUPERMAN!! THE PRODUCT ITSELF LOOKED OLD WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING FROM THEIR AGAIN!!”

“I ordered a Superman Sleeping Bag as well as a Beano Satchel, I received the satchel bag along with a superman teddy and no sleeping bag. On contacting the support team, they informed me the sleeping bag was out of stock and I as refunded promptly and told I could keep the teddy as a good will gesture. But it was disappointing as this item is still showing as in-stock on the website.”

“hi I was very pleased with my order, the only thing is that I ordered 2 items of the same, and only 1 arrived, surely therefore it would have been more economical to have sent both items in the one parcel, as it was I had to enquire where the other parcel was. but thanks I received it.”

“When order placed it was to be by Royal Mail. return email confirmation said Hermies, far inferior carrier took five days from when hermies had the item. Would expect described carrier would be used.”

“Bought this gun for a Christmas present for my grandson, not opened box yet so unable to comment on product condition however, the box itself is rather damaged and it looks as though it has been previously opened and fastened with sellotape. Hoping my grandson doesn't notice this, and fingers crossed the contents will be ok when opened at Christmas, but box definitely not in shop bought condition (disappointing)”

“Item was as described, BUT, this was for a present but because the packaging wasn't very good the box was battered and ruined and was unable to be given as a gift, so a total waste of money, I ended up having to buy something else so I didn't save money from here it cost me! But to be fair the item was great just the packaging is not, which is a real shame”

We always package our products very well, in 2 layers plus bubble paper but once they leave our warehouse they are in the hands of the postal service who dont always treat them with the care they deserve.
