“Was sent out the wrong items and despite raising this and asking for a refund I was told they would update me and never heard anything back. I won't be buying from this company ever again. Customer service is poor and order picking is poor!”

“I didn’t receive one of my parcels and have yet to receive a refund/replacement after filling out a DOOR form”

“Beautiful Barbie hairdresser, big and my daughter will love it. Delivery by Evri was applauding! They said it was delayed, then left it outside my front door so anyone can steal it and the brown box was completely ripped open. So someone opened it and checked what was inside before leaving it as it’s a kids toy! Luckily I came home when I did. Nothing to do with Bargainmax but the Evri the delivery company they used I would give them no stars!”
