“Always had good things to say about bargain max, until I ordered a 16 inch barbie bike for my daughters birthday. I opened the box which said it was the right size started putting it up noticed something was wrong. They had sent me a cheaper barbie bike 14 inch i got in touch with them last week was told they would get in touch with me within 24 to 48 hours and so far nothing after that email saying they were looking into it. I have had to give my daughter the bike because she doesn't understand why I wasn't letting her play on her bike. Which i promised for her birthday so I have lost out on money after being given a cheaper item.”

“Ordered a birthday present for my son and paid for next day deliver after 3 days I emailed them. No apology, no offer of a refund. For the delivery cost. They did send another item out but only after they successfully stopped the original parcel with Evri. Very disappointing service. Then order arrived arrived 13 days after original order.”
