I have checked the journey of your parcel and can see that there was a delay in delivery due to the parcel being too large for our delivery partner to deliver and a specialist courier having to be arranged for the delivery. “Not overly impressed, no customer service contact as to the where the parcel was in transit, when it had shipped etc! Will i use again? Probably not.”

“Never ordered from this website before and my order come with parts missing and they where very apologetic and sent me a new one with in a couple of days and it was delivered fast. Allround they were great just rang them and they was happy to help. Very happy 😊”

“Item came flat packed and not built up yet as a gift for a July birthday. Slight damage to one of the panels but hoping it will turn out to be cosmetic and easily disguised once built, not worth the hassle of returning. Order came within the timeframe stated and customer service available on WhatsApp is a bonus!”

“Bought a modl now that expensive. I wanted to return the item for a replacement. They ask me to provide videos evidence of the light not working. They could see that it faulty on return. For the sake of £20 I will keep it but never buy anything from BargainMax again. I would buy of Amazon next time. Any problems they are brilliant.”
