“I cannot recommend Baltic Travel Company enough! I have already passed their details on to a few friends because of how brilliant they were. When I first enquired about a booking, their responses were always fast. Inga provided such detailed information and options (such as a choice of hotel). I love that the holiday options were each given a full agenda and breakdown of each days activities. This felt so organised, even before we went on our trip, and certainly was whilst we were there. Every trip and transfer was organised and all relevant paperwork sent which made it so easy. Even an illustration of directions to the hotel was provided which gave me peace of mind when travelling to somewhere I hadn’t been before. Unfortunately one of the excursions planned for us had been cancelled by the operator, but Daina contacted us straight away (even before we got on the plane to go to Iceland) and made us aware. But on top of that, she offered us an alternative and organised the new booking for us, as well as a refund for the difference. The communication and organisation from start to finish was absolutely brilliant and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future!”

“A professional and well organised company. The trip we booked went as per plan with no issues in flights, travel or hotel accommodation. Customer service was excellent. Email communication was great from the start and any questions asked before and during our trip were answered promptly. I am very satisfied with the service we received and intend to use Baltic travel again in the future, I highly recommend. Thank you to the Baltic Travel team.”

“We had a very good experience with Baltic Travel. We went on the Scandinavian capitals trip - 3 nights in each of Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. It was all very well organised and the hotels were good choices - quite different in each location but always well-positioned to see the city on foot. Any extra information we asked for was accurately provided. If anyone is going on this particular tour I would recommend you see if a train option could be provided or hand the car back when you arrive in Stockholm. We found that there is lots to see in each capital so the car stayed in expensive car parks in Oslo and Stockholm. But would definitely recommend Baltic Travel and particularly Daina who organised our trip. Thank you!”

“Inga at Baltic Travel was wonderful to work with remotely! We communicated by email, and she put together a wonderful trip based on our preferences and timetable. All the transportation connections were just right, the hotels were convenient and comfortable. Tickets, hotel reservations were all sent via email well in advance of our departure. She even included maps showing walking directions with times from railway stations to hotels! Inga made our travel easy. I highly recommend Baltic Travel. (while I indicate in the ratings that replies to our communications often took some time, this was due to 10 hour time differences)”

“After years of booking holidays abroad myself using the big name travel websites I'm glad for my Baltic trip to Estonia and Latvia that I went back to the old school ways and used a travel company to arrange my entire trip. Their email comms are always responsive, provide clear information, and also show a friendly manner. Daina was who I was dealing with and she also provided a very detailed itinerary including maps and directions for each location on my trip. Flights, hotels, and car rental all went smoothly. As for my trip, I enjoyed the stunning scenery and old world architecture at my destinations Tallinn, Parnu, Jurmala, and Riga. I've included some photos from my trip. Thanks again :-) .”

“We used Baltic Travel for the first time for a self drive tour of Denmark and their help and assistance was fantastic. We were quite fussy on our choice of hotels but they made sure our wishes were accommodated. Some things are always outside of anyones control - turned up to Manchester airport to find our flight to Copenhagen was cancelled and they were trying to re-route us via Athens! Despite the early hour, one call to the 24 hour helpline saw us rebooked on to a later direct flight + they notified the car hire company and the hotel that we would be very late (but not as late as going via Athens). Many thanks to Laura for her timely and friendly assistance. Would happily recommend Baltic Travel to anyone else. .”

“What a great trip we had through the 3 Baltic Republics. All the arrangements were well organised and effortless. On the coaches, there were mixed language groups that were well handled by the excellent Latvian guides. The hotels were good and the guides gave us detailed knowledge of the countries, their people and the pain they've been through. The people locally are great and the countries incredibly positive and dynamic. We can well recommend taking some trips with this company to the Baltic region.”

“Our 'Norway in a nutshell' holiday was stunning. Beforehand, I was able to customise our timings and accommodation thanks to the flexibility and helpfulness of the staff. This self- guided trip worked like clockwork, using planes, trains, boat and bus. The instructions were also helpful. I would recommend this company.”

“We've just returned from a phenomenal trip to Norwary organised by Laura from Baltic Travel. The bespoke itinerary put together by Laura accommodated all of our needs and the whole trip went off without a hitch due to the seamless and detailed itinerary provided to take with us (we were provided with maps and written instructions of how to reach each of the hotels/excursions, information on how to book in and what to expect on arrival at each destination so that we didn't waste time finding bus stops, platforms etc. when getting a connecting mode of transport). We will definitely be using Baltic Travel for our next trip to Norway.”
