“I recently booked a Christmas market short break and couldn't be happier with my choice! A massive thank you to Baltic Travel Company for the flawless organization and to Mark in particular for his exceptional service. I was initially torn between several destinations, but Mark was brilliant. He suggested Riga, a city I'd never visited, pointing out that the Baltics would be a unique experience and less crowded than other famous Christmas market cities. He listened to my request for a central stay and provided three excellent, centrally located hotel options right in the Old Town. Booking with Baltic Travel Company provided genuine peace of mind. Everything was organized for me, and knowing the package was ATOL-protected removed all stress. Mark kept me completely updated, especially when British Airways changed my original flight times, ensuring I could adjust my dates effortlessly. I received all my documentation weeks in advance, and I had emergency contact numbers should I have needed them. Riga was a delight! It truly is a paradise for photographers like me, and the people were incredibly friendly. The package included a city tour, but I also loved exploring on my own. I spent hours walking, discovering the city's beautiful medieval corners and stunning Art Nouveau areas. My first visit to Riga was a resounding success, and everything went smoothly. Mark even followed up after my return to gather feedback. I'm already thinking about my next trip, either back to Riga or exploring another Baltic country, perhaps during a different season.”

“A very professional company with plenty of knowledge. I've recently returned from a short trip to Tallinn, Estonia 🇪🇪 to see the city and the Christmas market. Had a magical holiday, thanks to all Baltic Travel's arrangements. Daina looked after my booking and she was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She booked the hotel (Nunne Boutique), the flights and transfers. Everything worked like clockwork. Will definitely be using Baltic Travel Company again and look forward to my next holiday using them next year. Can't praise the company enough.”

“I booked my 70th birthday bucket list adventure to see the northern lights, go whale watching and experience Tromso through The Baltic Travel company. I had the trip of a lifetime. Inga and her team were such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble and they booked absolutely everything. All transfers and their attention to detail was astounding. I had nothing to worry about (even though I still worried and queried how things would work). But they were unfailingly patient and professional. They get 5 stars and I have absolutely no problem recommending them to anyone wanting to book their next adventure. I WILL USE BALTIC TRAVEL AGAIN. They are an outstanding and conscientious company.”

“I have been on two trips with Baltic Travel Company so far - one to Latvia, Estonia and Finland and the other to Poland. Both were outstanding successes. BTC came up with detailed planning for each trip, with contact details for every stage of the journey - adding side trips on request too. I want in particular to thanks Nikola Stenka for her planning and always asking for detailed feedback at the end so BTC can keep improving its service.”

“Daina arranged a fantastic trip for us. She listened to what we'd like to do and where we wanted to go. A well organised 9-night trip visiting Bergen, Flam, Gothenborg, Oslo and Stockholm. “I had a fantastic trip to Greenland in June earlier this year, for personal reasons it had been delayed from my initial conversation with Daina but I was determined to go and she was dead set on helping to make sure it was perfect. I was a solo female traveller and everything from hotel selection to the tour organisation could not be faulted. In Ilulissat I had the most perfect room, I honestly couldn't have asked for more. I had also met some wonderful people in my tour, the group were majority German speakers but really included you which was lovely. I have come back with so many great memories of the whales, icebergs and glaciers that will no doubt call be back. And I'll happily rebook my next trip with Baltic Travel again!”

“We had a very enjoyable holiday in Sweden, travelling between Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Uppsala by train. Each city had its own character: Malmö was an interesting mix of old and modern, Gothenburg was bustling, but felt laid-back with its canals, parks and great food, Stockholm was full of history and beautiful views, and Uppsala was peaceful and charming. The trains ran on time and were comfortable, fast, and gave us some views of the countryside. The whole trip was relaxed, informative, and filled with great memories. A big thanks to Baltic Travel and to Mark for coming up with such an enjoyable and stress-free way to see Sweden.”

“We booked the Krygyzstan trip with Baltic as many other providers were only "dipping in" to Krygyzstan along with other Central Asian countries. From our first enquiry to sorting an airline feedback issue on our return the staff were extremely helpful, very responsive and always friendly. We worked with Nikola mostly, but also her colleagues stepped in to respond when necessary. All of them were brilliant. This is as you would wish an operator to be, always answering questions quickly and giving tips that are super helpful. The trip itself was amazing. The country, though still setting up for tourism (one of the attractions for us was that it is still quite raw and unspoilt for visiting) was so beautiful and scenery often breathtaking. We have travelled extensively and I would say not many places have physically made me gasp with awe - this was one. When stepping out at height to see the Seven Bulls mountains it was incredible. We were part of a small tour, us and 4 travellers from Russia in a very comfortable mini bus with an very helpful guide who spoke good English, Russian and Turkish. We travelled all around the North, East and Central parts and stayed in home stays, yurts and Hotels. A great contrast. This trip was super memorable and I am glad we were able to pick up the tour we wanted exactly with Baltic. Would highly recommend and I would pick up a tour with Baltic again, particularly after a great self guided rail trip around Finland last year which was fantastic (booked with Laura) Top marks.”

“My wife and I have just returned from a 10 night north Norway fly-drive holiday organised by Inga at Baltic Travel. All of the arrangements from flights to hotel bookings to ferry tickets worked perfectly just as we knew they would. Late September was a good time to go as it wasn’t too cold and plenty of daylight meant we could enjoy the spectacular scenery all the way to the North Cape and back. We’ll definitely be back for Baltic Travel to arrange another adventure. If anyone reading this is worried about hiring an EV in Norway, don’t be. There are lots of charging stations and no queues to use them. Download the Elton app and you’re sorted.”

“I have just returned from a tour of the Baltic countries and the entire experience from booking to the completion of the tour was incredibly smooth. Everything was included in our own "personal" welcome pack with the day to day agenda. On the days where there was no actual itineary scheduled, we were provided with optional excursions if we so desired. There was no hard sell for these excursions and we were free do fill in our day as we wanted. The hotels were mostly in good locations, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfasts were all presented beautifully and were plentiful in the choice of foods. If anyone is wanting a well organized and hassle free holiday, I really recommend Baltic Travel. They communicate well and make sure everything runs smoothly”

“We have had a wonderful holiday in Poland organised by Mark at Baltic Travel. Never having been there before, we relied very much on the support of having our travel and accommodation taken care of so throughly. The 2 hotels we stayed in were exactly the sort we wanted. It’s wonderful to have found an organisation that really bothered to listen to our needs. We will of course be using them again next year.”

“The wonders of Greenland An incredible experience -- Greenland has so much to offer that is totally different from your " beach holiday " . From icebergs, to whales , an incredible culture, fairy tale settings -- seeing was believing -- I will never forget and I will return . Baltic travel plus their associates Greenland travel looked after my every need -- I give 110% out of 100% -- first class customer service , will certainly book my holidays through them -- highly recommend, try them , you won't have any issues I promise”
