“We have just returned from a memorable and glorious 10 days in Kaunus, Klaipeda, Vilnius and Riga. Inga interpreted our initial discussions and key elements for this trip very Professionally. Affable, prompt replies and constructive suggestions before we settled on the final itinerary. Flights, Hotels, Transfers and Guides all came together perfectly. The lunchtime organ recital in Riga Cathedral was a delight.”

“Tallinn and Stockholm - two beautiful, fascinating cities, so close yet so distinctively different. The Baltic Travel Company made all the travel and accommodation arrangements and bookings or at least Laima did all that for us. No hassle, nothing too much trouble. Very professional service with which from the start we felt extremely confident and comfortable. Flights were with Finnair outbound; SAS return. Laima also arranged Special Assistance for me in order to help with my disability. The Assistance too was great; very reliable, very friendly and invaluable getting through security and border controls with the minimum of fuss and waiting. Wearing my Sunflower lanyard with confidence. Hotel Palace, Tallinn,; and Hotel C, Stockholm; both very central, modern and very well appointed. In both cases, staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and breakfasts were yummy! Travel between the two cities was by overnight ferry on MS Baltic Queen, Tallink | Silja Line. Super trip with calm weather. Beautiful watching the ship slide through narrow channels in the archipelago for several hours before arriving mid-morning and refreshed in Stockholm. A treat but well worth it! And last but not least the Taxi Transfers between airport/hotel/ferry terminal all ran like clockwork. All organised by, you guessed it, the wonderful Laima from Baltic Travel. Thank you so much for a wonderful and thoroughly memorable trip. We’ll be back! Sue & Paul, Menston”

“We spent 8 great days in Lithuanie thanks to baltic travel Company. it was very well organised, the pick ups, the hotels, the rain and the bike rental for the Curonian Spit. The icing on the cake has been beeing able to do the hot air balloon flight. The Company did everything they could to allow us to do it, although the weather made some issues. Any way me made it and recommend it highly. I can only recommend the baltiv Travel Company for your next adventure.”

“The tour was very interesting and enjoyable, with excellent local guides, though some of the local visits to sites were quite rushed. An organised group meal on the last evening would have been a good addition.”

“We have just returned from a brilliant 10 day trip, visiting Helinki, the Aland Islands and Stockholm. Inga organised the trip for us with great efficiency and communication and we opted to add on Stockholm to the original trip as advertised. We have had a wonderful time and are so impressed with Scandinavia... we would like to go back soon! Highlights for us were a guided walking tour of Helsinki, which we booked through Trip Advisor and was excellent. Everyone speaks English, of course and is so nice! Visot the Pommern Ship on the Aland Islands and the VASA museum in Stockholm- both amazing.”

“My tour of Svalbard was exceptional. I am still spellbound after being home for two weeks. It is an amazing place and I recommend it to anyone who loves nature, wildlife and beautiful scenery. You will not be disappointed. Baltic Travel made my itinery from start to finish and it was flawless. A couple of last minute alterations due to change in flights and walruses migrating earlier than normal were seemlessly dealt with by Daina. Baltic Travel's perfect planning allowed me to fully appreciate the amazing beauty of Svalbard. Thank you BTC and Daina. *****”

“Generally the holiday went very well. We thought the hotels well chosen for location and enjoyed particularly the 2 with spas as well as saunas. Area is very beautiful and good weather helped. Both hotels in Helsinki hard to find and car parking fees very high -39 euros for 1 night - paid about 150 euros for car parking in total. We were not placed together on the flight out. Finland is expensive as we knew, but we did manage to find cheap eats -Eg vendace and salmon soup in harbour places! Loved the architecture, especially Alvar Aalto. Walking around Koli spectacular. Very peaceful - few people and few cars! Jan”

Thank you for the review Jan. Parking in the Nordics is expensive and we try to avoid car use in the capitals where possible. Most times Finnair will allocate seats together and I am sorry to hear that this didn't happen on the way to Helsinki. Regrettably this one is beyond our control. The Aalto architecture is great isn't it? Koli is wonderful - hoping that you walked on the granite formations next to the Koli Hotel. Look forward to helping you with another trip at some point in the future.

“I traveled to Lithuania two months ago. Inga (who I got to meet in Kaunas) from Baltic Travel Company arranged everything for me. Orinta was my private guide and Zbignev was my personal driver. Everyone did an awesome job. I had a medical issue during my trip and Orinta and Zbignev went above and beyond taking care of me so I was still able to do everything on my bucket list because of them. There is so much more to do in Lithuania than I first thought. There are many churches, museums, sculptures, parks, dunes, beaches, Hill of Crosses, hill of angels, and so much more. Unusual things I did (which I highly recommend) is ride in a sidecar, ride in an armored tank and held military weapons, stayed at Pakruojis Manor where I was treated like royalty and had a professional old fashion photoshoot. Places I visited are Vilnius, Trakai, Kaunas, Siluva, Druskininkai, Uzupis, Palanga, Klaipeda, Nida, Curonian Spit. My favorite hotel other than the mansion is Narutis Hotel in Vilnius. I highly recommend this trip and Inga, Orinta and Zbignev.”

“Baltic Classics Tour, mid-June This was our first experience of Baltic Travel and we can unreservedly recommend the company. We had an overall enjoyable and interesting holiday. Inga was extremely helpful during the booking process, ensuring that I had all the information I needed to decide on options, and keeping us informed at every step. Everything worked fine up to arrival in Vilnius, where there was a small hiccup with pickup, quickly resolved. We were unlucky in getting an extremely poor tour guide for our time in Vilnius thereafter until Tallinn. That having been said, all other guides were absolutely excellent, and we were able to enjoy everything on the itinerary. We would definitely recommend this holiday for first-timers in the Baltic countries. On our return, we complained about the guide, and Baltic Travel’s complaint process was faultless. An investigation was carried out, our complaints agreed, apologies issued and compensation provided. Again, Inga conducted this process in an exemplary fashion. So overall, a five-star company.”

“We have just come back from a wonderful trip to the Lofoten Island in Norway. The trip was very well organised by Mark and everything went really smoothly. We don’t usually use travel companies to book our holidays but I am really glad we did as we felt we stayed the right amount of time in each region without too much driving around. We were also keen to include some golf as part of our Lofoten experience and the combination of golf and hiking was a success. I would highly recommend Baltic to anyone who want a personalised trip to Norway.”

“We had a recent trip to Greenland. Excellent attention to our requirements and good local knowledge. When flights didn't go to plan (which seems to be common in Greenland) they were immediately contactable and helpful with alternative arrangements. We would certainly book with Baltic Travel again.”

“We have been treated extremely well by Mark. We needed to change things around a bit and he sorted things brilliantly. The trip was excellent for us enabling us to look at a lots of wildlife as well as others things. Using the train worked well, the trains were reliable and comfortable. The overnight train was as expected, 'compact' but the beds were comfortable. Overall a great trip. Thank you .”

“I had an excellent experience booking my trip to Estonia with Baltic Travel Company. From the very beginning, Laima provided outstanding personal service, carefully tailoring the itinerary to my preferences and ensuring every detail was organised perfectly. Tallinn was a fascinating city with beautiful medieval architecture, while Pärnu was a wonderful surprise—peaceful, elegant and ideal for relaxation.
