“We had a fabulous holiday in Saariselka, thank you. The flights and transfers worked well and the hotel was perfect: we appreciated its quiet location. The food was delicious, even better than the pictures on the website and they catered for my dietary requirements. The equipment given to us (thermal suit, boots, inner liners and helmet) was of a very high standard – spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. We really enjoyed the trips, especially the snow shoeing, snow mobiling and husky sledding. We were blessed with an incredible show of the northern lights one night, which coincided with the snow mobile trip too. It was truly mesmerising. We also enjoyed exploring the trails in the beautiful National Park using the snow shoes in between the trips. A fabulous break and thank you Daina for your recommendation and advice: we are big fans of Saariselka.”

“I am a solo traveller that was wanting to go to Finnish Lapland on an activity holiday. I googled and found Baltic travel. Inga sorted everything for me and changed things when I changed my mind of hotel and some activities. Everything was well detailed and she kept me informed of how things were going. I would recommend them and use them again”

“Husband and I have never used a travel company to book our holidays but we were bowled over by the professionalism of Daina @ Baltic Travel. We recently booked and travelled to Wilderness Hotel Inari in Finland for the Northern Lights and Daina arranged the whole package for us between Xmas & New year in 2025! She responded to all my questions (at times, OCD overload on my part) with patience and arranged the whole tour, hotel, transfers, activities, and flights. She even sent us our boarding passes before our departure! What a great service. The tour was absolutely amazing, and we even got to see the Northern Lights. We did have trepidations with the activities but they were simplay enjoyable. I was glad that we managed to stay in the Chalet and the Cabin during our stay. Absolutely happy with Baltic Travels, and glad they took care of all the bookings for me.”

“Laura from Baltic Travel did a great job of organising my recent trip to Tromso, from the flights to accommodation and excursions. The Home Hotel With where I stayed was great and couldn't have been better placed on the harbour front but very central too The instructions Laura laid out for the excursions were really helpful and comprehensive. Highlights being the talk we received on the Sami culture when we went reindeer sledding and of course seeing the amazing Northern Lights.”

“A five night stay at Saariselka Kelo lodge . Christmas 2025 My husband and I were delighted with our accommodation, clean, comfortable , warm . Staff were very courteous and very helpful . Food delicious . Itinerary was carried out as written,the travel instructors were excellent in every aspect . A trouble free short break which was so welcomed by us . Thank you Baltic Travel . Hopefully again sometime !?”

“Inga was super helpful giving great advice when looking for a xmas Lapland trip at short notice. She found the perfect trip to Jutuua Wilderness. Organisation was superb, no issues with travel, accommodation or activities, which themselves were very well run. Would use again without hesitation!”

“Stunning 5 days spent at Hotel Iso Syote in Finland Dec 25. Package included snow mobiles, husky and reindeer sledging and fullfiled all our dreams of a magical winter break that ticked all our wishes. Mark at Baltic Travel advised on hotel which despite still being upgraded was luxurious and spacious,while being extremely well maintained with fantastic facilities. Sauna and spa where incredible as were the hotel staff. Views across ski slopes and misty valley in deep snow were unbelievable, as were snowy walks through magical setting. Missed Northern Lights due to heavy snow throughout stay but still felt bucket list ticked off. Holiday to remember. Amazing, want more.”

“Thank you so much Nikola for everything you arranged and advised – like the downloading of the local apps – which made it all perfect for our fantastic FIRST holiday to Sweden and Norway (we definitely intend going again!). We loved everything about the holiday – it’s difficult to pick out a highlight… the dog-sledding was so enjoyable and felt like a real adventure… the restaurant at Camp Ripan was superb (we dined there both evenings, as well as filling up for the day on the delicious breakfasts, and had the full Taster Menu on the last night) and the service was excellent with a special mention for our personal waiter Tomas… the views were stunning on the train journey from Kiruna to Narvik… Scandic Narvik had the delicious breakfasts again and the staff were so friendly and helpful, in fact everyone we met was so lovely and friendly… especially Meera on the Northern Lights Train excursion – who went out of her way to make it so enjoyable and even gave us a lift back to the Scandic! But even with all those highlights I think my wife's favourite part was when we walked down the road from Camp Ripan to see some of the beautiful old houses in Kiruna – it really looked like Christmas Town! We thoroughly enjoyed our very memorable time on our wonderful trip. Thank you so much for all your help in arranging this for us! Can I also add that my wife has limited mobility and Nikola arranged for assisted travel for all our flights and connections and booked local transfers for us. She advised us on the best local apps for taxis and bus transfers, arranged for our cabins and rooms to be close to reception and elevators, and advised us on what we may find restricting, but we managed to do such a lot because of the expert knowledge she provided, and were able to have a wonderful Winter adventure because she gave us such confidence. We certainly intend on returning to Kiruna and when we do it will be with Baltic Travel. *****”

“I recently booked a Christmas market short break and couldn't be happier with my choice! A massive thank you to Baltic Travel Company for the flawless organization and to Mark in particular for his exceptional service. I was initially torn between several destinations, but Mark was brilliant. He suggested Riga, a city I'd never visited, pointing out that the Baltics would be a unique experience and less crowded than other famous Christmas market cities. He listened to my request for a central stay and provided three excellent, centrally located hotel options right in the Old Town. Booking with Baltic Travel Company provided genuine peace of mind. Everything was organized for me, and knowing the package was ATOL-protected removed all stress. Mark kept me completely updated, especially when British Airways changed my original flight times, ensuring I could adjust my dates effortlessly. I received all my documentation weeks in advance, and I had emergency contact numbers should I have needed them. Riga was a delight! It truly is a paradise for photographers like me, and the people were incredibly friendly. The package included a city tour, but I also loved exploring on my own. I spent hours walking, discovering the city's beautiful medieval corners and stunning Art Nouveau areas. My first visit to Riga was a resounding success, and everything went smoothly. Mark even followed up after my return to gather feedback. I'm already thinking about my next trip, either back to Riga or exploring another Baltic country, perhaps during a different season.”

“A very professional company with plenty of knowledge. I've recently returned from a short trip to Tallinn, Estonia 🇪🇪 to see the city and the Christmas market. Had a magical holiday, thanks to all Baltic Travel's arrangements. Daina looked after my booking and she was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She booked the hotel (Nunne Boutique), the flights and transfers. Everything worked like clockwork. “I booked my 70th birthday bucket list adventure to see the northern lights, go whale watching and experience Tromso through The Baltic Travel company. I had the trip of a lifetime. Inga and her team were such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble and they booked absolutely everything. All transfers and their attention to detail was astounding. I had nothing to worry about (even though I still worried and queried how things would work). But they were unfailingly patient and professional. They get 5 stars and I have absolutely no problem recommending them to anyone wanting to book their next adventure. I WILL USE BALTIC TRAVEL AGAIN. They are an outstanding and conscientious company.”

“I have been on two trips with Baltic Travel Company so far - one to Latvia, Estonia and Finland and the other to Poland. Both were outstanding successes. BTC came up with detailed planning for each trip, with contact details for every stage of the journey - adding side trips on request too.
