“Mark at Baltic Travel was very helpful. When we had to change soem dates he sorted it out cheerfully and efficiently. All his plans worked and the vouchers for travel and hotels were easy to use and correct. The hiotels were really good and the train travel was well planed for people over 70, one of whom has recently had a knee replacement! We wil reccomend them to any friends going to Denmark. Thnak you. Our main contact was email but we also talked on the phone.”

“Daina and Baltic recently organised a bespoke trip for me to Berlin for the first time. I have used Baltic consistenty over a number of years as their personal service is top quality gold. They organise trips completely shaped around my expressed wishes and interests, cover every possible detail, provide really detailed and clear instructions and briefing materials and set up a range of help and support links and contacts should these ever be required. They usually provide me with a number of options to best meet my requirements. I always have 100% trust and confidence they will desing and deliver exactly what I need for each individual trip or holiday, and I will certainly be using their services in the years to come.”

“Booking our first trip to Finland was a bit daunting, yet with Inga from Baltic Travel Company we received a comprehensive, authoritative and confident service to enable us to book the holiday we wanted. Inga guided us throughout and advised us on various choices to bespoke a package for us. Her knowledge understood our needs, as a family, and our holiday was a happy one. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting advice on how to build their holiday experience and book to go and look at Baltic Travel Company. Instructions were clear and concise - nonsense payments- all tickets, vouchers & forms were dispatched quickly and throughly. “We had an absolutely wonderful time on the Norwegian Fjords & glaciers holiday. Even the rain in Bergen didn't dampen our spirits and the city certainly lives it up to its reputation as being the wettest place in Europe! The scenery is stunningly beautiful and our favourite place was Balestrand where we added an extra day for walking in the hills. We had over 30 journey legs and hotel bookings and all of the arrangements went extremely well. Huge thanks to Daina for all the superb organisation. I would only make 2 small changes. Firstly for any one who has time I would add extra days between the different legs of the journey to allow more time in the different areas and hotels. Secondly I probably wouldn't bother with the Fjaerland glacier trip as we were crammed into a small boat with small portholes so it wasn't really possible to see the Fjord and we got very little time at the glacier museum . Everything else was very good and as always Baltic travel delivered a fantastic holiday. The Hodson family.”

“The agency was very helpful and the tour guide was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful there were only 5 English speaking people on the tour so we had his attention and guidance at all times. We”

“All the tours which were organised in advance were very good, and the guides knew the Faroe islands well. The Baltic Travel Company had therefore done a good job, and the information which I received well before I set off was comprehensive and clear. I would not hesitate to book another holiday with them.”

“We just enjoyed a great 8-day tour round Norway. The scenery was breathtaking, including snowy mountainsides, waterfalls and fjords. As history buffs, we also appreciated the many art and heritage museums. The arrangements by public transport were quite complex, but Nikola at Baltic Travel arranged everything ahead, and the trip went very smoothly. We particularly appreciated the detailed instructions including small maps to enable us to plan our journey to and from the transport hubs and our hotel.”

“Baltic Travel helped us to create a brilliant holiday that balanced the needs of our family perfectly. They are highly knowledge, very responsive and helpful at all times. Laura came up with a range of ideas and locations for us to think about including a number that we would not have found via the internet and was worked with us to iterate the holiday to what we needed. She was equally supportive while we on the holiday, sorting out an issue with our return and emailing / texting to explain that it was all sorted before we were aware. Overall a great experience and would happily use Baltic Travel again.”

“What a fantastic trip Baltic Travel arranged for us: Island Hopping in Estonia. It turned into a trip of a lifetime. Inga Navickiene assisted us in setting up a really interesting and diverse itinerary and then she promptly set everything up for us. We just had to show up at the car rental agency to pick up our car and we were on our way, travel vouchers in hand. Inga provided really helpful advice and guidance and provided us with a perfect self-drive trip. Hotels were excellent. Guided tours that we booked had really knowledgeable guides who provided incredible insight into the history and culture of Estonia and Latvia. Restaurant suggestions were great and recommendations on other things to see were extremely helpful. Knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, patient and kind. Absolutely no complaints about the services provided ... 100% satisfied. Can't wait to book our next Baltic or Scandinavian trip through Baltic Travel. Thank you so much for setting up such a memorable and fun trip!”

“We recenlty booked a cycling holiday on the Danish island of Bornholm with the Baltic Travel Company. All the travel arrangements, bike hire and luggage transfer went smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed the holiday (it helped that we had weather that was just right for cycling). Daina, the Sales Manager at Baltic Travel Company, kept in touch with all the arrangements and was very quick to answer any queries we had. From the experience we had, I would highly recomment using the Baltic Travel Company.”

“Great experience, everything went smoothly and according to the plan. Accomodation was always in the best location, rental bikes arrived when we needed them, the train tickets and all the information provided made the trip very enjoyable and stress-free. “Our holiday to Norway was amazing. Everything went well. We were very impressed with the transport system and how easy you made it for us to travel around. We loved Bergen and the fjord cruise. The Norway in nutshell tour was fantastic, abeit a very long day. Norway is so beautiful and would love to go back to explore the northern part of the country. “Dear Mark Thank you for your email. We had a very good trip and all the arrangements worked perfectly thank you. The free excursion from the Hurtigruten cruise to the Geiranger Fjord was a bonus as we weren’t aware of the option prior to boarding. All the hotels were fine with very good breakfasts. The Fretheim gave me a birthday card! The scenery was incredible. Thank you for all your hard work and support. We look forward to using Baltic travel again.”

“Mark helped us to organise a customised trip to Stockholm and Visby on Gotland, with flights, hotels, ferry and transfers. We like to be independent but there was a lot to coordinate so his experience meant that nothing was missed and we had helped if needed. His choices were excellent and his detailed itinerary, including Google maps and trip timings was very reassuring. He couldn't have been more helpful and we had a fantastic break. We would use Baltic Travel Company again.”
