“Great holiday thanks to Daina at Baltic Travel. We had a fly/train journey round Denmark, Sweden and Norway with well selected, convenient hotels. We didn't have to worry about anything which gave us more time to enjoy!”

“We chose this company because they appeared to have the type of break that we wanted. We were not disappointed. We dealt with Laura and all arrangements were expertly and efficiently handled. All plans ran smoothly and we had a first-class stay in Oslo and a brilliant time overall. It really is a lovely city. We would recommend buying the City Pass if people are there for a few days as it covers travel on all public transport (including ferries) and also entry into virtually all museums. This was a top trip organised by a top company. We would use them again.”

“Very professionally organised tour with good balance of flexibility for seeing the arranged and optional tour . Very responsible driver of the Coach bus in navigating the narrow roads across the 3 Baltic states. Good and efficient tour director for the English speaking group with good local knowledge .”

“Just had a great weekend break with Baltic Travel Company on their Gdansk City Break incl. Sopot tour. Everything organized for us by Company was spot on, perfect, including flights, transfers, the quality of the hotel & location. Use of local guides and services also enhanced our trip experience. Baltic consultant was very friendly & professional, more than happy to go that extra mile with advice and guidance to make our break a memorable one. More than happy to recommend BTC - 5 stars all round - excellent company.”

“I contacted Nikola regarding a self-drive holiday in Scandinavia. She was amazing, coming back with options, suggestions and pricing quickly. Communication throughout the process and after was explicit, clearly understood and just damn good. The holiday itself was wonderful and certainly ticked all the boxes and delivered beyond our expectations. Our time in the major cities of Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Oslo and Stockholm was memorable, allowing us to visit all the sights and museums at our leisure, while the drive through the country between the cities allowed us to take in little villages the coastline and get a feel of the country. I highly recommend Baltic and cannot thank Nikola enough for her help and expertise.”

“We have used Baltic Travel twice, both times to arrange two-centre stays in Scandinavian countries. They have been attentive to our requirements, suggesting good, centrally located hotels and plane and train times. They have been happy to change their suggestions to meet our needs and, when an airline abruptly stopped its flights, rebooked us with an alternative without fuss and kept us informed. We will use them again in the future.”

“Baltic Travel Company have been very supportive and also provided us with exceptional service with our holiday to Stockholm, Sweden. We were originally scheduled to travel in December 2020 but due to Covid-19 and other issues, we only managed to finally take our trip in May 2022. We were offered our money back in full straight away or to postpone to a later date but due to the impact of Covid-19 we were not sure when we would be able to go so decided to just postpone and not get our money back. Periodically, Baltic Travel engaged with us with updates on the requirements for Sweden with Covid and they were very supportive too our needs. As we agreed to keep our booking, they even upgraded our hotel room to Superior Plus at no extra cost. We finally travelled 30 months later than planned but for the same original paid cost. We were given a full itinerary and travel details including transfers and mapping. The service provided to us by the Baltic Travel Company has been second to none. We have returned from a very delightful and wonderful holiday made all the much easier thanks to their superb support.”

“I’d just like to say that we had an amazing time in Tromso on a trip organised by Nikola, Baltic Travel Company. Even at the early stages of planning, where our dates and requirements were fluid, Nikola took on board our changing demands and managed to meet them - we appreciated the perseverance! Travel arrangements went smoothly, - one minor glitch regarding taxi transfer, but hardly worth mentioning as it was quickly resolved in a phone call. The hotel was clean and cosy; the food was exactly what we wanted/needed (afternoon coffee and cake offered by the hotel were most welcome); and everyone we met was so friendly. and helpful. Even though we were disappointed that the booked dog-sledding was not possible - due to risky weather conditions and not the fault of any individual or organisation (it is to be noted that we received a refund with no hassle whatsoever), and that the lights chose not to dance on our booked Aurora chase trip, we still had an amazing time and filled any gaps we had with what was available to us in Tromso. To top it all, on our last night we took the cable car to the top of Tromso, and there we caught some beautiful sights – including a glimpse of the elusive Northern lights. Yay!! Thank you so much for making this such an enjoyable trip. We shall certainly recommend Baltic Travel Company to our family and friends.”

“We both thoroughly enjoyed every day of our trip and wished we could have stayed longer. It made for a super 25th wedding anniversary and really glad that we booked Baltic Travel. The accommodation, food and activities arranged by the hotel were spot on, and we even had the northern lights make an appearance - so all our holiday boxes were ticked. Lots of time spent 'doing', which is a good thing for those of us who don't like to sit still for too long. Many thanks for the pain-free booking and I would definitetly recommend the trip to others.”

“Thank you so much for arranging such an amazing trip for us. Everything ran like clockwork and we were really impressed with all of our accomodation especially the Rorbu cabin which was wonderful. All the food that was provided was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea and cake in the Clarion hotels. The Hurtigruten cruise was so lovely as we had brilliant weather and spent most of the time on deck despite the freezing temperatures. The views were too good to miss. The archipelago tour was actually 8hrs, not 5hrs long which gave us loads of time to see the beautiful sights. Our guide was so helpful and it was a pleasure to spend the day with her. The beach at Haukland was stunning and our last stop at Henningsvaer was gorgeous as the sun was just setting. We didn’t want to leave!!! The northern lights tour was equally as good and we were very fortunate to see the Aurora in all its glory thanks to the effort of our lovely guide. The coffee and biscuits he provided were so welcome as the temperature at midnight was the coldest we have ever experienced. Norway is such a wonderful country. It’s so relaxed, clean and tidy and the people are incredibly helpful. We really didn’t want to come home. I’m sure we will visit again in the near future and would absolutely book with Baltic Travel again.”

“Can't thank Baltic travel enough for creating a very special holiday from a brief description of what I'd like on my itinerary . The service was exceptional throughout, from communication to detailed literature on the holiday schedule of activities. I'd booked a 6 night break to Norway, spending 2 nights in Tromso, 2 nights on a Hurtigruten boat, 2 nights in Kirkenes. The accommodation selected was perfect. Clarion With in Tromso which is located on the harbour and within walking distance of all visitor attractions. Food was plentiful, good and more than adequate, leaving no requirement to eat out. The cable car is card only, there is definitely no requirement for cash in Norway. Food on Hurtigruten is very good with terrific choice and the food at Snowhotel is also really good quality. The excusions and guides were knowledgeable and dedicated to making your experience enjoyable and remembrance. We did North Cape, Huskie Sledding at the Snow Hotel ( taken by a musher but with opportunity to have a go yourself) , the King Crab experience , snowmobile and stay in the ice hotel. All were enjoyable for different reasons but the dogs are special. Massive thank you to Baltic travel, you really did a fabulous job and I'd 100% recommend.”

“We just want to say thank you to Inga and the team at Baltic Travel, for our fantastic mini break to Helsinki and Stockholm. The whole trip went without any hitches, the timings and the excursions were perfect. This was our first overseas trip since taking early retirement and it couldn't have gone any better. “We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Iceland. Laura was brilliant in communicating with me and putting together a bespoke itinerary for our 5 day break. She was always there at the end of an email ready to answer any questions. When we got to Iceland all flights, transfers and organised trips went smoothly and stress free. Even whilst we were away Laura's team gave us updates on whether the Northern Lights tour was still going ahead. I would not hesitate in using Baltic Travel again in the future. Thank you so much.”

“Had the most amazing 3 nights away in Tromso, all thanks to the Baltic Travel Company. Daina was incredible at organising everything for me, and was so easy to contact if I had any questions, even when we were away. The hotel was lovely, we did the Arctic Fjord cruise which was stunning, and the northern lights tour which was absolutely amazing. We also went on the cable car at Diana’s recommendation which gave the best views of Tromso. I would totally recommend that everyone should visit Tromso, it’s beautiful and the people are the loveliest people I have ever met. And definitely book with the Baltic Travel Company, I’m already looking at what else they offer for my next adventure”

“My husband and I have just returned from our North Norway Winter Adventure organised by Daina and her team. All I can say is amazing! The overall experience was fantastic from the planning of the tour and excellent customer service from the Baltic team, to the amazing scenery of Northern Norway! No matter which way we turned it was as if we were in a magical photo book! The landscape is stunning and great to see the fjords, sail on the Hurtigruten, and take the cable car to get a bird's eye view of Tromso. We even managed to see the Aurora! We did pack quite a lot into our week away as we wanted to make the most of our trip, so whilst busy, it was all very manageable. Daina's guide/instructions were very accurate and really helpful, everything worked like clockwork so that made the trip pretty stress-free and easy for us. I would thoroughly recommend Baltic Travel to others thinking of such a trip. Very attentive, helpful and responsive. We felt as if we were in safe and caring hands! “We visited Finland for a wilderness week at Muotka Lodge organised by Baltic Travel. It was a dream come true for us and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Muotka is just perfect, it feels very isolated but the rooms are very comfortable and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed all the activities we did, especially the dog sledding and snow mobiling. The snow shoeing was so much fun with a delicious salmon soup lunch cooked on an open fire by our guide. Thank you to Laura at Baltic travel for organising such a wonderful trip, her expertise and advice made our holiday extra special. We would definitely use Baltic Travel again in the future.”

“I booked a trip to Finland through Baltic Travel and I can’t fault any of it. I had the pleasure of communicating with Laura who was just fantastic planning this trip. It was the most perfect Christmas present for my boyfriend who had been husky sledding as a kid and had said to me how much he’d love to go again. The planning of each day whilst we were there was perfect, the accommodation was lovely and the area was just magical! We both really enjoyed our visit to Ranua Zoo and managed to see quite a few of the animals in there which was excellent. If you’re looking for a wonderful winter getaway, definitely book your trip through Baltic Travel. They not only plan amazing trips but they make they personable to your requirements and are in hand to help where needed.”
