Inga at Baltic Travel was wonderful to work with remotely! We communicated by email, and she put together a wonderful trip based on our preferences and timetable. All the transportation connections were just right, the hotels were convenient and comfortable. Tickets, hotel reservations were all sent via email well in advance of our departure. She even included maps showing walking directions with times from railway stations to hotels! Inga made our travel easy. I highly recommend Baltic Travel. (while I indicate in the ratings that replies to our communications often took some time, this was due to 10 hour time differences)
