“Acceptable to Good -- I was presented with the statue which was broken (bugle was missing) when I received it. I then purchased a second one with my own funds which arrived safely, but I asked if two letters could be added to the text on the plate, and they were not. Can I please get another plate made and sent to me?”

“The turn around time for an international purchase was very good. It took just under 1 week from order to delivery received on a transatlantic order. It was disappointing to find out that items shown in the older catalogues are no longer being made. A small side note is that the web site says international delivery by UPS when in fact my delivery was through DHL.”

“Only downside I had asked for the inscription plate to be left off the statue as I did not have the details and was to have the plate inscribed at a later date. No plate accompanied the statue.”

“Delivery was very fast. On opening the box which seemed well packaged, i found the item was damaged. The end of the machine gun was bent, which with great care i managed to straighten, There are a couple of minor paint scratch marks. Overall i am impressed with the product which is a lot larger and lighter than i imagined. The irony is, that i damaged the the real GPMG barrel in service with overuse, so it seems appropriate. I would love if you did a Royal Welch Fusilier on patrol with a SLR.”

“It is very hard to decide how to rate this experience because every aspect of the process, but for one, was great. It was easy to order, the tracking was great and the bottle I ordered arrived quickly. It was very well packed. The one downside was the cost of delivery, which was exorbitant at about 1.5 times that of the cost of the item I bought.”
