“Ballantynes of Walkerburn provided to me a statue of a Special Forces Soldier on Night Operation. It is a gift for a generous supporter of a charitable organization dedicated to US Special Forces warriors and their families. The statue is "awesome" and B of W's service was remarkably fast and flexible. They edited the engraving for me at the last minute and promptly shipped the same day. I look forward to ordering from them again!”

“I can't recommend this company highly enough. I was ordering a decanter and glasses set for a retiring colleague and as usual it was last minute .com I received an answer to my query out of working hours which I didn't expect and was grateful for. The set arrived in time and was beautiful. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The engraving was stunning and even the presentation box looked high quality. It was a perfect retirement present for a police officer who was overwhelmed when he saw it. From start to finish the process of dealing with Ballantynes was second to none. Thanks Neil and team. I highly recommend them!”
