“The item arrived extremely well packaged and in good order. As a former airborne soldier in the British Army, I was very impressed with the accuracy of the figure, which brought back happy memories of my time in the mob. I spoke to Neil about the figure prior to the purchase and have been more than happy with the whole process. I may even indulge in a further figure in due course.”

“Ordered the Sgt WRAF statue. Although they are a little pricey as I didnt recieve an escaping airman I decided I deserved the treat. The statue arrived very quickly and very well packaged. The statue is very detailed and i was able to get everything i wanted engraved on the plaque (often the word/letter count limits this too much). The statue does smell a little but hopefully that will wear off. Only improvement suggestion i could make would be the inclusion of a care card detailing how to keep and maintain in top condition. Overall extremely satisfied with my purchase and i would most certainly recommend to others.”

“I purchased gin ballon glass and Boe Raspberry and sweet basil gin for gifts. I had them both engraved and they looked fantastic. The service was absolutely outstanding especially as I requested a short turnaround. The team did not disappoint and I would definitely use this company again. Thanks so much, the gifts were greatly received.”

“Always a bit nervous about spending online with a company I have not used before, but Ballantynes had the item I was after, a charge of the light brigade figure. My order was sent out on time really well packaged, and the quality of the figure was excellent So I am really pleased with my purchase, and would recommend Ballantynes of Walkererburn, as they also have a range of products not available anywhere else.”

“The firing glass I ordered was engraved and the guys did a wonderful job using a (to be honest) low resolution image as this was the only one I had. I want to thank the team and recommended them to anyone reading this review! Absolutely brilliant and the firing glass is wonderful.”

“The inscription plaque looks like it was thrown onto the base from a distance. It is warped, scratched and does not conform to the shape of the rounded base. It is also not centred on the piece. I would not recommend Ballantynes to others as this is shoddy workmanship.”
