“First class product & service. I have bought several of the fire fighter figurines over the years, to recognise long service awards & retirement gifts. The various designs have always been to the highest standards, and with the option of engraved presentation bases an added bonus, especially when engraving is not an extra charge. He pricing is more than competitive with other suppliers,but I have always been impressed by the speed of delivery, craftsmanship of work and what has always felt like a personal touch.”

“Very impressed with the engraved port bottle I bought as a gift. My order was dealt with very quickly, I was sent a confirmatory email showing the engraving before going firm and I received the gift within 3 working days. The end product was really well received. This isn't the first time I have bought from the company and I'm certain it won't be the last.”

“An excellent statuette which is so accurate in all detail of an army cadet navigating with map and compass. Ballantynes have to be the number one in bronze resin figures in the United Kingdom. Although they are a little more expensive than other firms, you certainly get quality for your money, and the 10% reduction for forces personal is a very acceptable bonus.”
