“Absolutely chuffed to bits with the order I made. I only ordered it on the Sunday afternoon and it arrived on the Thursday. It was a retirement gift for a colleague at work. I can confirm that Ballantynes are a thoroughly professional company who delivered everything as requested. My work colleague was blown away with the gift and also a little tearful.
