“I bought the royal artillery beret and boots statue , and had engraved . It was for my dad’s Christmas. From ordering it to receiving it 3 days. Amazing service , and the quality and workmanship is first class. My dad was delighted with it.”

“I have been looking for ways to mark the 38 year of a Naval colleague who is retiring shortly. Ballantines was recommended and I ordered the WO Navy boots and beret figurine with an engraved plinth. It arrived 2 days after Iordered it, very well packaged, and looks really lovely. It is a quality item that he will hopefully look at, and remember a great career with fond memories.”

“Absolutely gorgeous engraving. I attached a logo which was engraved perfectly on the port glass. Preview was sent before the engraving was started which was a great reassurance. I just wish there was a presentation box that I could have ordered to put it in. Very quick delivery too. Fantastic.”

“Ordered the repair kit, due to some slight damage to my figurine. The kit doesnt come with glue but i purchased that from screwfix and used the repair kit to touch up the joints of the repair. Easy to use.”
