The turn around time for an international purchase was very good. It took just under 1 week from order to delivery received on a transatlantic order.
It was disappointing to find out that items shown in the older catalogues are no longer being made.
A small side note is that the web site says international delivery by UPS when in fact my delivery was through DHL.
