Great quality product and the second badges I’ve had produced. Production times were spot on. The only issue I have is the lack of willingness in some parts to reproduce my design. I understand that I had some intricacies that had to be simplified but things like text were produced without issue on my first order. They obviously pushed themselves and managed to get the text as designed. Happy overall
