“The items I bought were lovely, well received as gifts and good quality as ever. Fast delivery too. I was a bit shocked at the amount of packaging though, my only negative comment. A large cardboard box with I think about 8 large plastic sheets of protective packaging when it was items like a sticker book, pencils etc (ie not particularly fragile).”

“Delivery was quick, love the product (wooden jewellery kit). One small negative, the string after a couple of threaded beads becomes frayed & almost impossible to thread the beads particularly the smallest ones. It’s difficult for the adults but not possible for little ones. The plastic needle is too big for the smaller beads. The tip of it is so blunted that it only fits the very largest beads. Love it but the kiddies lost a bit of interest as it was too difficult to do it by themselves.”

“Hi there, to be honest, it’s not been great this time round. We love your products, never an issue with them! Paid for the yearly next day delivery, as tup are great for gifts all year round. This time though, we had the wrong size shoes posted out to us TWICE! They were for a holiday and as the mistake was made twice, the correct pair arrived while we were away. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I understand it was a packaging issue and I get mistakes happen. Now though, I’ve got to package up the two wrong items and get them back to you!! Not my mistake and it’s just something I shouldn’t have to be worrying about doing. Anyway, I never normally leave reviews but I thought this was important.”
