“Postage time was very quick. Unfortunately, I received an item that was marked /damaged so I had to have it replaced. Although the team got back to me very quickly and sent a replacement immediately so great customer service.”

“Overall good customer service. I did however pay for a years worth of unlimited next day delivery back in November, but since then the T&C’s have changed and it’s now just free standard delivery. Slightly annoying that the conditions of the offer changed just after I signed up!”

“Really enjoy shopping with Kidly. Wanted to get the delivery pass for the year but apparently living in the north east of Scotland, on the mainland, doesn’t make you eligible. A real shame, will still shop with Kidly but not as often.”
