I find prices inaccurate on emails/on the website and when you add to cart they are a different price. I am also inundated with emails when I leave the website showing me items still in my basket eg “we saw you stopped by” but an excessive amount

The sleepsuit I bought is excellent. It is beautiful. The fabric is lovely and soft. I expected nothing less. I have bought baby clothes from MORI before and they are always very good. The website is all right; not too difficult to use until you get to the stage of actually ordering and paying. It usually takes 2 or 3 attempts to get it to accept my card details. I have no idea why. I don't usually have a problem. This time I chose to pay extra to have a delivery by Royal Mail rather than Evri. Our local postman is very reliable and we have had problems with Evri in the past. When the parcel arrived it was delivered by Evri. Fortunately there were no problems but that was not what I asked for.

The product arrived on time, and the conditions are great. However, I didn’t receive the top cashback after my purchase, as I chose Mori for the first purchase with top cashback, which is disappointing.

I expected a 10% discount on the items I ordered having signed up to receiving emails and alerts and which was dsnot applied at checkout. However Grant offered to refund the 10% in an email dated 10 June which i still have not received.

I visited the store at Clapham Junction for the first time and picked up a few pieces, including a muslin set. I asked the sales assistant (a very friendly lady) if she could get me a pair of trousers in my baby’s size. She kindly offered to bring fresh pieces from the stockroom instead of giving me the ones on display, which I appreciated. However, when I got home, I realised that instead of trousers, she had given me a pair of shorts in the same material and colour. Later, while browsing online, I noticed that the trousers and top set I bought actually have a matching sunhat — something that hadn’t been mentioned to me in store. The next day, I made the effort to go back to the store with my 9-month-old baby. It was the same sales assistant, and she apologised for the mistake, which was appreciated. I also mentioned the matching hat I’d seen online and asked if they had it available to purchase. She went to check the stock and returned saying they didn’t have that style in store. However, as I was looking around before leaving, I noticed one of the exact hats on display in a size S. When I pointed it out, she said they didn’t have any larger sizes available. But just before I left, I spotted another of the same hat on display — this time in the size L I’d been asking about. Overall, the staff member was friendly and polite, but the experience felt a bit disorganised. It would have been helpful if she’d been more thorough in checking stock or aware of what was available on the shop floor. I did eventually find what I wanted, but it took a lot more effort than it should have.

This is far from the experience we would like our customers to receive when shopping with MORI please accept our apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused. Your timeline of events is extremely helpful and we have passed this on to the area manager who personally visits all of our stores on a regular basis. We do have some newer members in our store teams but they should have knowledge of the stock sold in the store and how to use the products. He will ensure all of the staff are fully up to date with current stock and how to check and locate the inventory. Love Mori products! But was disappointed when 2 days after I ordered, I received texts and emails for extra 20% off everything and no option for a price adjustment. Other companies offer a price adjustment within a week of the order and discount.

The pajamas are cute and soft. One pair of the 7 I ordered were not correctly sewn such that the zipper is not attached the the fabric on one side. For this price I would have expected some kind of quality control as this is a major product fault.

The product was a well received gift, unsure of quality as I have not seen it I would like the information about where it was made. Service - asked for a gift note? Friend didn’t get one, told 3 days after it arrived it would arrive? Very weird

I purchased the pramsuit size 6-12 months which was noticeably large by almost a foot compared to the winter snowsuit (same size, 6-12 M)! I wanted to return the pramsuit, but it is a hassle since the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Would have been better if it was mentioned that the pramsuit runs large especially when 6-12 M size can vary depending on the product.

My family and me we all love Mori so much. My lo mostly wears Mori and recently we parents got us a matching pj as our lo and I find it adorable. The material is super soft and feels like second skin. However I’m disappointed that women’s pj doesn’t have pockets like men’s does!! Considering the price point of Mori, it’s actually quite surprising and upsetting. Secondly, the size runs a bit big so first I ordered a large one and realized it’s quite big on me and decided to exchange one for medium size but came to know that Mori doesn’t do free exchanges. Love the brand and the messaging and what it stands for but there are certain aspects which may deter consumers like myself who would rather go with other similar brands.

Nice pieces; personalised and delivered quite quickly; advise that you skip the gift wrapping though - it's expensive and was crumpled badly when delivered to me. I discarded it and re-wrapped it myself for much less than 10GBP.

I joined the sleep club for my two sons - on baby and one small child in the hopes of getting matching pyjamas for them each month. Supply or delivery issues meant that each month although my baby got a set of pyjamas/sleep suit in the new print, my older boy got a pair of old stock pyjamas. This was quite disappointing so I have cancelled my membership. The fabric itself is nice quality, soft cotton that washes well which is why I persevered with the sleep club for three months before giving up.

I’ve ordered several times from this company on the basis that the quality of the clothes is good and ethical, however after my child wearing on a few occasions the clothes have become misshapen and bobbly. Style and design of clothes initially is nice, however. The wait time in the delivery is also pretty average (using Royal Mail). I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.

I think your clothes are lovely and great quality . My daughter i law gets a lot from you as well However you need to review your delivery company as they are quite inefficient in my opinion . Evri are not doing your company any favours I’m afraid

Good product but slow at processing online credit. Item was returned they take 14 days to issue online credit note after receipt of goods.

Slightly disappointed in my babygrow. For the price I was expecting something a bit special. But it was a fairly standard product. Luckily I got a free blanket with my order or I would have sent it back.

The nursing pajamas I purchased are made very poorly. The fabric is so incredibly thin - the light shines right through. I decided to keep them though because I’ve had such a hard time finding maternity clothes and thought they would at least be comfortable. The pants stretched out to an unbelievable degree after 2 nights, they won’t even stay up. This review is only getting 3 stars because I’m happy with the baby book I purchased.

I really love the material that this company uses for their products; however I do believe it is a bit overpriced. If I am going to pay a pretty penny, I would at least appreciate more product availability and color selection.
