“I bought a set of four ribbed bodysuits and a kimono body. They're lovely and the quality is amazing. They arrived really fast. The only negative thing (which is not the brand's fault) we had to pay some custom fees (we live in Germany). So overall, they're the most expensive clothes I bought for my son so far.”

“The clothes are beautiful! It is disappointing to have to pay $9.95 per item to be gift wrapped, this is just absurd the only reason why I dont provide them with 5 stars.”

“Lovely quality - soft and wears well. The sizing is a little off for Europe though - can safely go 6 months younger when ordering anything for an average European child. Maybe it would be better to list the size in cm?”

“Quick delivery, great items - they look really nice on but unfortunately, after few washes losing its shade and slightly getting worn out - so quality not excellent, but new look fab and super soft. My little one loves it and we will be buying again for sure”

“The Mori site is very appealing and the order process is nice and straight forward. My parcel arrived in good time. I received incorrect colours for 1 piece I ordered and received a quick reply to my email with information on how to return and exchange. I was then a little worried as I didn't receive any confirmation of receipt for the returned items for well over a week... that being said, when I emailed to enquire after my exchanged items I once again got a super-quick and polite reply... and then received the replacement items within a couple of days. All around the products are really lovely and soft and appear to be of good quality. We'll see in January how they fit our baby when he arrives!”

“The product is amazing. What I would have appreciated was mentioning that taxes will be added when I made the order and all that comes with when dealing with customs. Unfortunately from a great price with taxes it went to an ok price. Also, sth that should have been delivered to our door turned it to 2-3 days of back and forth emails and paperwork.”

“So many lovely things to choose from it was hard not to go overboard! The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is that I dont think the filter worked very well. When I filtered by size, items which were out of stock in that size still came up as options so it was a bit disappointing when I saw something I liked but wasnt actually in stock.”

“Would be five stars if the website hadnt confused me! And as a member of the sleep club sometimes I find the selection on offer to me a bit small. The clothes are really Beautiful and incredibly soft but I think sleep club could be improved with a full selection to choose from rather than just a few select pieces. I also just purchased something and the price said it was cheaper as I was a sleep club member and when I went to the check out it gave me a new membership the only other option was to pay full price! Very confusing so I will need to speak to customer services about that as I have no idea if I ordered something separately as intended or if I just paid for the sleep club Im already on. So work on the sleep club but the clothes are perfect!”

“I love the quality of Mori: the sleeping bag/grobag is by far the best quality of the many we use. The only downside is the cost which, though is justified by the good quality, is high for everyday items.”

“Great service, order arrived on time and was packed well, each item is in a sealed individual bag, which is very hygienic and I absolutely love this. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I found the postage charge £4.95 a bit expensive for second class royal mail. ( I have ordered 3 different orders and was charged the same postage every time even if in one parcel for example there were only 3 very small and light 0-3m baby items). Other companies I have ordered from, I get charged this amount for next day delivery ??.”
