“I love the overall quality of MORI. The colours, cuts, and materials are perfect, and it’s the only brand I buy for my baby—he’s been wearing their outfits since birth. However, I find the sizing quite tricky. I usually have to size up, but even that varies depending on the product—like pants versus tops—and the fabric used. It would be helpful if, instead of recommended ages, the sizes were listed by weight (kg/lbs) and length.”

“I didnt know I would have to pay an extra 34 euros to get my product, which is quite a lot extra, I had to pay the delivery service before they were would give it to me and when Buying the item online it said free delivery, the product itself is beautiful and my baby loves it, if wasnt for the extra suprise charge it would have been 5 star.”

“Id give my experience on the site 3.5 stars (some issues on mobile with product category pages not populating and needing to use multiple browsers/clearing cookies/requesting desktop version of the page in order to complete purchase). Quality for MiniMori is always a 5/5 - its my go to gift for new arrivals!”

“I ordered new baby presents from Mori, despite asking them to send it straight to the baby the gifts were posted to me. I contacted Mori very disgruntled, I received a perfect response, apologised, said they would resend to the baby and I could gift the items I had received. Gifts arrived with baby a couple of days later. You judge companies by their response to complaints. Well done Mori”

“lovely products, the ONLY thing , although I have not used the products yet, as that each individual item was in a plastic bag, which I find bit in conflict with my aim to go green, organic, pure etc etc and ultimately contribute to a better future world for our little ones. Would paper bags work? or fabric bags? or even individually wrapped in tissue. Of course it is not the intention that they still arrive in plastic and these then just removed before sending to customers so we don't feel bad... but if there is a truly lesser plastic transportation format for clothes, I would surely be swayed to stick with Mori! Cannot remember if paper tape was used to close the box...? (for example Babipur do this, and beaming baby moved to more eco wrapping too after feedback given) Thank you for your response and pleased to read it :)”

“I bought a set of four ribbed bodysuits and a kimono body. They're lovely and the quality is amazing. They arrived really fast. The only negative thing (which is not the brand's fault) we had to pay some custom fees (we live in Germany). So overall, they're the most expensive clothes I bought for my son so far.”
