“The product is great but delivery was slow. It was marked as dispatched the day after purchase via Royal Mail 48 hr tracking but did not actually get to Royal Mail until another 48 hours after this. Delivery took 5 days. Whilst Kidly says delivery is 3-5days and so my parcel was delivered in 5 days it’s disingenuous to say it’s been dispatched when clearly it wasn’t for another 48hrs. This is irritating when you are expecting a delivery, particularly in this case as it was a gift and I was waiting to post it on.”

Hello Rachel, Thanks for leaving a review. Our intention is to be fully transparent with customers in all of our comms so I'd just like to clarify our despatch process for you and other readers, in response to your feedback. Post purchase, the email we send out is not to inform customers that orders are dispatched....as often it hasn't (as was your experience). The subject line of our email is 'Your order is ready to ship'. In the email we let customers know that we have picked and packed their order and that it will be on the next available van. This van in most cases is the same day, but could also be a day or two away (as was your experience of ordering on the busy first day of our Sale!). This is the reason we state that our Standard Delivery service is a 3-5 day service. I hope this clears things up and am glad that we did achieve delivery within our promised timeframe for you. It may be useful to know that we do also have a Premium Delivery service should you need a faster or more specific delivery window.

“Upon arrival, the fire engine was damaged with a cracked wheel and several paint scuffs. However, using Kidly’s live chat service, a very helpful employee was able to arrange for a prompt refund. The employee was polite and helpful.”

“The item ordered is as expected but it took 3 tries to get the right thing delivered. Very frustrating. Luckily their online chatline is efficient and willing and though 2 mistakes were made the correct item came on the third try and next day delivery too! Kidly needs to revise some aspect of handling.”

“The shoes are lovely to look at and the colours are fab but very disappointed with the quality when they arrived, the foam shoe insole was really creased and looked cheap and unfortunately the ankle strap doesn't adjust enough so they were far too big around the ankle. Had to return and waiting on a refund”
