I am very impressed with the company and the product. The mini kitchen is excellent quality and looks beautiful and it's so handy that it folds down for ease of storage. My daughter hasn't opened it yet and played with it because it is for her birthday, in April. There is only one thing I am very disappointed about, there were lots of smudges on the silver paint in the sink area. They look like they happened during the manufacturing process. I wasn't happy about it at all, but I couldn't face returning and replacing it. I would have expected better from this company. If it wasn't for that, I couldn't fault it.

Cute, but they make so much noise when they’re on, constantly squeaking and they smell so rubbery. Hoping after a few more wears it’ll get a bit better but they’ve been worn about 5 times now and no improvement yet!

I have been a customer for awhile now and in the past I would haven given 5 star review. As the customer service is really excellent. They go above and beyond. But as I stated in my jelly shoe review I'm surprised you would stock an item under your own brand which has such bad environmental credentials. I know you do a lot to encourage green living and this has led me to lowering my review.

Our strategy at KIDLY is to always take the sustainable route, if we can. Unfortunately this isn't yet possible across all products we like to offer our customers, especially at the affordable price range we target. To mitigate this, we also focus on manufacturing high quality things (we keep the affordable price tag because we sell direct to you, not via any wholesale partners) with the hope that they’ll last longer and be handed down or given away. Product range is great, delivery is slower than others sites but I didn’t mind waiting.

Like the product but the quality should be better, especially the insert. Also the packaging is very poor. It really does need improvement.

Generally very good. Second to none great products. The best site for baby bits by far. Return process slow - I have had to chase a number of things...but we are in a pandemic so maybe its that.

Customer service is excellent but the product was very disappointing. The first one was faulty..and so was the replacement one so we just got a refund, didn't want to chance another one.

The product arrived but the box was completely broken. Not happy as this was meant as a gift and I can’t as the box containing the product is not presentable.
